I dont think CRODA will terminate their contract. They have sank so much of their time and effort into Zenakine. That seems highly unlikely.

Puggley: Its AIM, it is meant to be risky... The DOWNSIDE is litigation. The UPSIDE is ZENAKINE/TAKEOVER...... Every gamble has odds.

The reason I am not sellinging (HOLD) Is because there is still an investment case based on ZENAKINE/CRODA....

The reason I am not buying (HOLD) is because there is a high risk of litigation and delisting and casino takes it all...

So I'm HOLDING.... Because there is still a change of something... But its too high risk to buy... Or have very large sums in it. My HOLD is now tiny (due to the various falls).

It seems to me, if Zenakine is going to make some money, CRODA ought to buy SBTX now with low ball 10p offer but settle for about 14p....

SBTX will probably need to accept as litigation will clobber the company if they dont take some sort of offer under 19p ....

At this stage I wouldn't mind if CRODA bought the whole company lock stock and barrel for 14p.

So skid35: you're suggesting its possible CRODA have paid us the money in advance, but as yet we have not had the sales of Zenakine to allow as to count that money as Royalties....So the error was overstating the early sales of Zenakine when in fact nothing much (if anything) was sold. All the sales (such as they are) appear to be in 2026 not 2025

Toyin: That does seem highly unlikely - whenever I go to an AGM or investor evening I always chat with members of the board. Imagine buying 20% of the company and never talking to the board/CEO.... It doesn't seem very plausible. But I accept that it is possible. But very odd if true.

Bigpunt: There is nothing wrong or immoral with a shareholder talking to a CEO or Chairman....Even getting a free lunch at an AGM....

The most likely reason is the board realised at the AGM that the CEO had lost the confidence of the shareholders (including me) and the rapid change of the voing questions only made it worse.... That combined with some irregularities (probably minor but enough to get the sack for) persauded him to resign rather than risk staying.
