People like your cleverness but in reality you have not actually given me any positive information that I have used ever. Its all been clever words and knowledge but none of it hepled me one iota in knowing if price might drift up or down or whether Zenakine etc were as good as I thought. None of it was of any use... Sc: I dont think we can say anything in nonsense until there is a bit more clarity. I know the house brokers have never given much weight to the Croda figures (even now?) so there might be something subtle that has only come to light now. We just dont know....

I dont even know if the ex-Croda man is still on the board. His name is not mentioned as part of the SBTX board team....

Has he gone? And why has he gone? I missed that RNS if there was one.

The worse thing it might be is connected to the wording of the CRODA contract for Zenakine...... re percentages and timeframes etc...

All we have (I think) are the words of AS, I dont think the contract itself is in the public domain.

Looking at the current board of SBTX three of them are qualified accountants....So there is unlikely to be anything wrong with the accounts (one would have thought)

The ex-Croda manager who sits on the board of SkinBioTherapeutics PLC (SBTX) is Dr Surinder “Dass” Chahal, who previously served as a senior Vice-President at Croda and now acts as Cosmetic Science / Customer Alliances Advisor to the Board of SBTX.

Do we know what part Dr Chahal had in SAs removal?

Two main options:

a) Go for someone really cheap - as all the work is being done by CRODA.... He/she can be a figurehead not doing much.

b) Go for someone with experience of growing pharma's pretty fast using only cash coming in.....

However nearly all that is that one CROSS trade...... So really the sales have not been that big..... Most people seemed to have held on - unless I misunderstand how a CROSS trade works....

We know there were moves to get rid of SA at the AGM - even I voted for it..... Could it be SA's time was up then as the rest of the board began to realise he had to go?

We know that SA employed legal help at this stage and complained that private investors where undermining him (from what I understand)....

Could it be this is the nub of the issue - and in some ways - for us (not SA) its all a bit of a storm in teacup?

So theorectically price should recover by next friday? Does that make sense?

During the AGM (I think) SA said he was defending himself against message board chat and had to waste "time and money" on legal aid etc.... Do we know what this was about?

It just seems odd that they give a previous employee 250K shares 2 days before they fall in value 30%.... I could understand if they played that trick on SA but a previous employee ? Seems a bit mean....

The 250,000 shares issued on 11th Feb... I wonder if that was part of a golden "goodbye"?

The problem is I think they have had various different people doing the accounts (over past 15 months)....... And possibly the reason for this is there is an underlying problem......
