RE: New AV Interview20 Feb 2025 19:28
The investment trail here certainly been a bit of roller-coaster and some informative posts.
I first came in here in early 2022 with a 5 year plan, so I am still within my timelines for all of this to hopefully work out. I have been in some s**t AIM companies down the years, but when I came across ATM at about 5p, I liked the tone of things, it’s seemed different, the building of the company. I abandoned the theory of AIM jam tomorrow, I have learned patience being invested in ATM.
I think many, if not all are underwater here, myself included. Though, with the current downtrend of the SP, I stuck to my guns of believing in ATM, I decided that lowering my average the card to play, I abundantly increased my holding, which never done like this before in a AIM company to take advantage of the low SP, my average not overall far off this point. I still plan to do another tranche soon.
I think what has undone AV to a degree was the mouthwatering offer comment, since then the SP has just nose dived, that comment would have been all fine had the SP stayed at that level, or indeed gone on higher, it didn’t and things like this investors remember. I agree his presentational approach isn’t great, but sometimes people aren’t great at that, but what do I care about is the delivering of news and results, there is still time for AV to do this.
The market is judging ATM, because of not posting a profit and no tangible news to drive the SP, (admittedly the seller hasn’t assisted in this period), de rampers sense this a time for them to have a bite to try and wiggle more space for their short or some other contrived plan.
The investors have been mainly understanding, as we know that building a legacy takes time.
I believe in the story, it can be vastly trying at times.
The risk reward we are all here for, but this will be my final hurrah in AIM market for sure, either way!
