TBH, I do have a feeling that SQM will find something, not sure when, but with their capabilities things will move forward much quicker than someone else, it could well be fast tracked with SQM.

I topped up this morning, I feel could be some news in coming, so increased my position.

I can't see us developing it at all, AV taken on too much debt.

I do think we'll get the Goantagab Ore, I'm confident any court would go in the mine favour, but when this will be, is anyone guess.

The whole ethic of ATM, appeared to be decent story, what we all invested in, but over the last year, everything taken a while, I can't believe it's down to waiting on Goantagab.

Is it plausible that they already have it (new jig) running and processing stuff from Uis?

AV probably wanted the fanfare of the jig running and processing Goantagab ore, but would they have to RNS this, or could push that out in the next update, like stating new jig been running for say 4 weeks now, processing Uis Ore?

So the new jig is purely for the Goantagab ore, it can't be used for mining the regular stuff at Uis?

I have sent another email to ATM.

The tone is a bit more stern saying you have ignored me previously, I am not that a smaller holder (not that makes any difference) and reminded them that ATM said they were going to improve communications between shareholders, when obviously this is not the scenario with the court case and the new jig.

I doubt I will get a reply, down right ignorant.

Aside from that, I am wondering if we have to assume for the time being that Goantagab is a no go.

I am not wholly surprised to see an article like that at suspension. We have heard no communications at all from AV what is going on, silence generally means no benefit to shareholders.
