Yep! Fraser will be happy with that. Should we be from some other part of the world we might tempt him with an offer. A serious offer set in stone which I fear he and several of his buddies may find rather difficult to refuse. Although as upstanding gents let him keep the 5.5p too!!!

Govt. screwed us, they can throw money away at HS2 but can’t provide a guarantee for investors for a project such as this.

Almost certainly going to be a degree of funding in here and will be in the shape of high interest loans to get us through the medium term of political uncertainty . Much like the original funding structure before the JPM deal. This will at least move us forward. IMO We shall see.
