Richard Morgan was one of the reason why AMP got delisted. Just go through AMP's lse board and all the company RNS. I hope he will leave the Polarean board and sell all of their shares ASAP and let polarean rise on the back of it's own credibility.

I’ve read it but still not convinced that it was done with honest faith specially when AMP is in a mess! 12 months extension is just a cover story to encourage buying IMO. Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t sold out, more like a short to mid term hold for me now as I don’t wanna miss any sudden spikes but I honestly believe AMP will continue selling whenever they get a chance.

A successful phase 3 results normally gives atleast 3-5 times rise to pharmaceutical companies as far as I know provided their medicine or tech is good enough to ensure substantial future revenue or even attract bigger companies for a direct takeover. POLX and and it’s tech has got all that but SP has dampen primarily because of the AMP issue. AMP still hasn’t sold much tells me their extension is probably imminent so together with phase 3 positive result, POLX will rocket, alI MHO

From AMP’s RNS the need $2.3M to pay off their loan which equates to around 9-10 million shares, not the whole 17 million

It seems AMP doesn't want to sell #POLX below 20p and strangely not selling much even though the deadline is in 2.5 weeks! They should have sold when the SP went over 30p but didn't, tells me either an extension is due soon or they are expecting share price to rocket before the deadline

FDA will be a year later, like they said on the RNS and Richard reiterated on his interview with Justin. But that’s not the point. IMHO POLX won’t be here next year if stage 3 is successful, as they will be taken over by one of the bigger Pharma! Like they say, everything is for sell, the question is how much! lol

lse just counts the mid price so anything above is a buy and below that level is a sell but sometimes if buy is below the displayed SP, they consider is it a sell and vice versa so it's never accurate if you ask me.

I think AMP don't want to sell anything below 20p so they are also waiting for a significant rise to offload IMHO. And if JW is right, with 114m shares in issue, I can see a significant rise coming if the news is positive.
