Bidstack as I see it6 Jun 2020 14:23
I was introduced to Bidstack by Justin's video but honestly didn't understand it so didn't even bother to invest but started to notice from yesterday when the placing got done and saw some twitter updates.
it's a new tech and the market needs a bit of education, no doubt, took me a while to understand. I've gone through all the presentations specially this one at least three times to understand what happened and what it's all about with Andrew's forensic scrutinies:

JD looked like somebody who was young and naive, miss judged the market, went over optimistic, paid the price, learnt the lesson hard way, now staying calm, understand his position, ready to deliver and wants to earn the trust back.
I've gone through Justin's rocking video on Bidstack too:

I understand investors anger when they were promised a lot but company failed to deliver on time. Something that I'm very familiar with, being a long term holder of CERP lol.
Shorters took the advantage of it as they saw the weakness to make a fortunate. I get that. I think JD gets that too. I ran two small companies myself and know what it involves. Yes, he sold 1.5M at 20p to monetise for personal reasons ( who won't?) but still holding 39.76M too, could have sold more but he didn't and the situation has been fully utilised by the TW lot, something that we are all familiar with. The SP took severe beating and now standing at 4.5p BUT with money in the bank now so new investors like myself are safe from further dilution for the time being!
The company must have gone through a lot in the previous 6 months to prepare themselves. The new titles will start hitting the market from June 2020, this month so now they have nowhere to hide if they mess things up again.
I'm sure BIDS investors know a lot more than a day's worth research but as a newbie at 4.50p, I see good potential. Traders will trade, shorters will short, investors will get slaughtered, nothing new in AIM but this company at the current SP with all the upcoming events has got strong potential IMHO.
I took a small punt on Friday but will eagerly wait for further updates. It's one of those time you don't wanna be too late to miss the boat yet don't wanna be too early in case the SP falls further. Whatever this is, for patient investors the current price is a good price to get in, NO DOUBT!
Stay safe and Good Luck all
