Just read the corporate update and it feels like LK is telling everybody CERP won't survive on it's own so vote yes so that the company can atleast survive and allow BPC to develop it later. I personally think the team did try their best but all the recent events went against them so now basically given up. Those who are considering voting No, just think again guys! And if you don't like the BPC risks then cut your losses and get out while you can. The whole market is down, you can certainly recover your losses from elsewhere. But if you are staying then allow the company to survive.

I think you probably misunderstood where JW was coming from. Same game can be played 100s of times by a single user going through the same stages whereas the same user won't watch the same movie/tv episode 100s of times.

Like I said before, sometimes it's wise to take a step back and see the bigger picture. I looked at your posting history and found you said no II will ever touch Bidstack but Herald bought after few days of that. I think martbmth just pointed out what I wanted to say so there is no point in rewriting. If the SP was at 30p then I'd probably think twice but at current SP with money in the bank and a II onboard big time, I see value with upcoming good news. The IAB standard cert was a proof that things are moving forward slowly but surely. 30p+ was probably the price to short, but 4p is to go long :)
