As far as my understanding goes, "Ad Request" is counted whenever an underlying application (websites, games, mobile games etc) requests ads to be displayed.

You are right, I sold out with a huge loss as the story changed. CERP was ok but BPC is a different ball game and much bigger risk for me so cut my losses, hopefully one day I will be able to recover it from elsewhere.

But those who are still in, just vote YES IMHO coz as it stands, CERP won’t survive on its own. The directors are even ready to happily accepting redundancies and voting yes so this is the clearest hint for everybody.

old habit, couldn't stop myself from checking the board and tony's new video clip. Decent fellow he is, tried his best but didn't look or sound confident at all. The entire market went down so just pointing CERP's SP below 1p played a part in this takeover talk is slap on the shareholders face. CERP Investors could always buy BPC in open market if they thought their only drill was a risk worth taking but it feels like a forced takeover as shareholders were given a surprise reality shock all of a sudden, big shame!

I personally feel somewhat betrayed after all these years and I'm sure others feel the same except some newbies who want their quick 10-15%. I genuinely hope the combined entity if approved does offer something positive for all the long suffering LTH but it's also probably a good time to also consider other options like LK hinted. They will surely need huge cash injections several times in the future and I personally struggle to see how a bigger high risk merged entity would be preferable to banks/bond holders when individually they carry those risks anyway. So CLN might be the only way forward and we all know what it can do to the SP, UKOG for example.

12-15 months a long time spencer. Don't nail me for that but I think SP will re-visit 18-19p range again. Delay is a major killer in AIM. Polx is a solid company and it's shame investors have to wait over a year but without news, it can only go one way. I cut my losses earlier and will buy back when the price is right.

Perhaps somebody should tell all the known scaremongering idiots to have a look at ITM. Directors sold not once but twice and massive amounts but the SP still went up due to the business updates and potentials. Like I said before, sometimes it's wise to take a step back and look at the whole picture. With slight bit of positive news with all the things happened, I can see much higher SP

Just ignore these posters! Some are just pure shorters whom can't be pleased with anything else as it's in their interest to create a doom and gloom picture 24/7 and question everything where as some are just bought too high, don't have the guts to hold so sold out with huge losses so they have nobody else but themselves to blame.

So they should have said 18.6p to the UK investors, right?

That is the way to move forward. Investors who in paper loss for now, guys, chin up, things seems to be gearing up nicely. In tech industries, certification matters! Since Bidstack is pioneering this category, It is now clear that things are moving towards the right way surely.

Disappointed!

I wish the holders GL but to me it feels like he is telling everybody let BPC buy your shares and then trade if you are lucky when no CERP shareholders ever wanted to be taken over by a yo yo company, a one trick pony who still has £8M convertible (CLN) loan open and we know what that can do (UKOG/ANGS lot). If it was BP, I'd have said well done but all talks about faults, gaps, this and that won't mean anything if you get 95% water cut like Saffron 1 MC. BPC were working on their one well for years with very right risk. Why CERP shareholders are being forced to accept something that they never signed for anyway. I'm angry for my losses and believe VSA Capital MUST be prosecuted for their 20p+ price target but agreeing to see the company for what, 2.44p or something?

CERP hasn't got much money left considering Covid19, as they are earning a lot less like LK confirmed. I think shareholders could live with lower SP like 2014/15 era oil price and I personally could even live with further dilution but BPC takeover doesn't feel right.

It's a big shame investors were promised a lot but returns todate remained awful. Wait for the directors stock conversion led dilution soon as they are all leaving which is really sad.

They were a terrific bunch in my view, big shame it has to end like this. :(

You definitely need your head examined! Nobody can claim they know AIM! What makes you so sure that the company won’t generate any revenue this year? Do you have inside information? LTH have all the chances to recover their money and be in profit if the company achieves its targets. Sub penny term is used by TW lot who were shorting BIDS to scaremonger prospective investors and force existing investors in panic selling

I mostly agree but from the last presentation it’s clear that they are also focusing on cloud gaming platform like google stadia so might surprise the market with furthers innovative revenue stream model

JW always says if the story changes, u change too. Story was to generate money, SP rocketed over 30p then story changed SP fell, forced to raise funds, SP near all time low, should start generating money from this month onwards, a big II jumped onboard for the first time time and I think the story changed again and the SP will start rebounding soon with the upcoming news flow. Surely REAL investors should feel happy about it and show a bit more patience again.

Nobody’s denying the risk involved as this is AIM! Given the company failed to generate revenues, market has punished it forcing the SP to collapse from 30p+ to below 5p which forced the placing to be done at 4p but that has given newbies the opportunity to load up lower, so did the II. Do you think they will buy what 25M shares just like that without their due diligence?

All I’m saying that 4p is a good entry price considering what this company has gone through and now it has no choice but to provide results. I see it as a high risk high reward play but with recent II involvement makes is really interesting

Just because I bought few weeks ago doesn’t make u a Gandalf on BIDS, pal!

Sometimes it’s wise to take few steps back and look at the bigger picture. I repeatedly said BIDS has potential at the current price even before that II got in. The company made mistakes and paid the price, it crashed from 30p+ to below 5p now, that was the punishment. Learned the lessons, have raised the funds, have a clear mission, set out the plans stating revenue to be generated from June slowly and finally managed to get a big II onboard just few days ago. Now what does that tell u? With missed targets, higher SP and ceo selling 1.5M from his over 40M holding BIDS was an easy short target. But with new set of objectives, money in the bank with a big II onboard, below 5p, BIDS will be X bagger in short medium term IMHO.
