Secondly the reverse takeover by Chrysaor values PMO's shareprice anywhere between 22p-26p. The deal is signed and they are going to release the prospectus ASAP (probably before mid December in my view). If for any reason Chrysaor wants to back off, they have to pay £100 million to premier, very unlikely in my view as PMO's tax losses will allow Chrysaor to earn over £4 billion without paying any taxes if I understand it right.

Chrysaor has a strong balance sheet which means the newco can't be played like the way all the creditors, specially ARCM played PMO till todate. Also there will be a degree of resilience to the oil price fluctuation in the future.

This is my understanding. Therefore if you have got the stomach to ride the storm, in my view PMO is a solid buy at this price as it will rise substantially once the prospectus is announced. 100%? very likely but once they start paying dividends with better oil price, I can see 5 bagger from the current SP atleast.

It could be the ARCM appointed numpties scaremongering investors 24/7 since the lower the SP goes, the more they will make buy closing their shorts with the 16% newco shares rather buying back in the open market which will force the SP absolutely rocket!

However the fact is that the SP is way below oversold territory, anything positive will push the SP substantially higher IMO.

PMO assets are worth way more than their current mcap without any doubt.

If u have got the stamina to ride the storm then you can expect a solid gain.
But plz do ur own research first

Watch oil & gas sector jump once formal announcement is made. PMO is now in oversold territory with tag teams posting 24/7 to get investors depressed into selling. Expected behaviour though lol .... but with right news PMO WILL rebound, it's way oversold now.

Given the debt will be forgiven and company would be way bigger with a strong balance sheet, the combined business will see higher SP in the future. The tragedy is that shareholders who bought in those good old days over 50p 60p 70p might not get the returned they deserved.

consumption will accelerate with a vaccine to fight covid and open up the economies

almost two and half months left before the end of this year and BL mentioned quite a few big projects starting this side of Xmas, pFizer to announce their phase 3 trial result end of this month so you don't have to hold that long now, even even short-medium term UOG should see some solid SP appreciation IMHO.

Now that begs the question, why is the SP so low at the moment? I mean now they a bigger chunk of the producing Egypt field that they didn't have last year, also received $28/barrel in H1, H2 should be roughly around $40/barrel right? What I hear about Jamaica and Italy should appreciate the SP substantially so considering everything, the SP should be a lot higher than what it is now to be honest.

Lack of interest together with poor sentiments perhaps?

SNR brilliantly bounced back, I got worried as it started to go down again. Sandbar's has also reduced their shorts further. Rerate is not far away IMO.

Big topup hasiba, well done. Why didn’t you wait for few more days, could buy cheaper imo as the media is all over on covid again. My average is over 52p so leaving it there for atleast a year now

it's not MMs plan, this is what the market sees mate. It's Rolls Royce after all. Covid vaccines are coming, Rolls Royce will rocket coz their finances are getting sorted which was the biggest worry.
