Imagine BIDS like a wave. It went down due to the delay in fund raise which is now done and dusted by the way, vacuum of news and ofcourse low trading volume due to summer holidays and people selling out due to boredom. Now the wave will start to go up as investors coming back, company releasing good news, traders loading up, new titles coming out with gamers coming back so overall one can expect good rise IMO. So let's wait and see.

Bidstack's tech is highly scalable and we are now seeing that happening. Provided they get their cost down, get more customers on their register together with better margins, just may be the business will regain investor confidence and we all know what might happen after that. GLA

LGO was pumped by David Lenigas and his pump and dump brigade so it was probably ok for trading but not for investing.

All the warning signs were there! Lots of investors warned you before countless times about the risks involved with CEG, myself included. You WON'T get your money back by blaming Startchild, he was just doing his job probably. So cut your losses and learn from your mistakes. We all know the pain of losing your hard earned cash just like that. :(

Arguably the best think one can do is learn the lesson and NEVER EVER invest in a pop and drop O&G company like LGO aka CERP aka BPC aka CEG!

It is what it is. Extremely risky tin pot company who will dilute you again to oblivion, then consolidate and get the dilution calendar running again and again and again.

So stop blaming others, take your fair share of blames, learn the lesson and promise NEVER EVER come back again to invest in a stock like CEG. It's YOUR MONEY after all.

If my memory serves me right, £5mil in 2019 was around 12.5p, £5mil in 2020 was at 4p and £10mil in 2021 at 2p. You expect any pre-revenue small cap company to rely on it's shareholders to raise funds and make progress. Atleast they haven't taken any debt like SO4 so far lol. Given the current shareprice below the placing price 2p, I think this is probably the last lifeline given to the company by it's shareholders to make real progress and return shareholders value. I think the SP will start rising once the flippers are finished, approaching Q4 and company releases some positive news. I've a strong feeling it will spike at some point like last few times only to come down again.

£10M is a lot of money for any company and I hope Drapper will utilise the fund properly otherwise the next fundraise in 2022 would be brutal and I don't think Cannacord or Herald will support it either! lol

I personally followed Ted for years and he made lost of interesting comments before. Please note he scrutinised the company finances pre placement therefore post placement with money in the bank means no dilution for another year atleast! And if they decide to go for nasdaq listing then you know what might happen. Pure speculation but since they have raised extra money this time, I've a gut feeling this company might surprise the market again, this time in a positive way.

Guys, calm down calm down!

By last placing I meant the 4p placing, not the recent 2p placing like HivedOff stated. I'm a strong JW follower and appreciate and admire his superior research and understanding. However sometimes you just have to follow your own gut feeling and research/understanding and invest hence my buying comment. The company has surely spent millions and millions of shareholders money, now arguably in a better position than before, earning cash, improving their products but nowhere near profitable, YET! Any new started in a hot sector will experience roller coaster ride initially, bids however experienced an extremely wild ride so far due to JD and his past projections. That said they are earning money however low that is and getting bigger slowly. Scalability is a big factor in tech industry and provided they win good few contracts with bigger margins, who knows may be one day this dog will become the next AIM superstar!

Given it's history and the hot sector it is in, I personally see it as a good punt considering the current SP, no fear of further dilution atleast for a year, upcoming gaming events/news etc hence considering buying some, that's all.

Considering buying some after news. Q3 and Q4 are usually good for the gaming industry, considering they have raised money now, with news I can see it will rise like last time post placing.

Nice to hear from you bamps! I remember reading and appreciating your analysis on SWP, shame we couldn't see the "string of pearls" development by LK! I traded IKA successfully before the fund raise so earned some money out of it. Lost my interest and faith in O&G, focusing on esports (GFIN), med tech (POLX) under ISA long term and trading other stocks. Joined JW's club few months ago and understanding the market a bit more.

A long time ago Leo Koot had an interview with Donald Leggatt when he newly started said, "AIM CEO's always a have a gun pointed to them so they always have to come up with a good story to sell to it's shareholders. CERP always was and still is resource rich but cash constraint" , the clip is probably still out there on youtube. He had my full respect back then but what I failed to see that he was actually talking about his newly formed CERP but sold it nicely to us shareholders and we believed it all. He had good intensions initially but failed miserably so eventually did a runner even after saying he won't run away. I personally don't think this new CEO is as qualified as Leo Koot but I'm he sure you will try the same while earning big bucks behind the scene.

The point is LGO>CERP>BPC>CEG always been a pop and drop oil stock. You have to trade it accordingly to make some money. otherwise you losses will keep going up and up. I wish I had the courage to cut my losses early as I suck in trading stocks but because most of us became passionate and fell in love with the company, we missed the obvious warning signs.

well, he is definitely earning his more than generous monthly wages and cherry on the cake would be his options. A proper life style company after all. It's a real shame to see the company is now down to it's knees (from shareholders perspective atleast). Not my cup of tea but hopefully shareholders will see some light at some point. Honestly think about Draper, he is probably laughing at everybody. What a lucky b*****d! lol

Now think about this person, spent £10K at 2.97 at 14:19 today only to see his stake going down significantly tomorrow. :(

Well, atleast Draper managed to raise the funds, well more than I thought at a lot less price but I'm surprised to see he finally managed to raise the funds but ofcourse shareholders paid for it. It will be blood bath tomorrow and based on last fund raise, I think the SP will probably open around 2p ish and if the shorters get on board then expect 1.80ish but will bounce back pretty quickly.

250M shares at 2.50p will give them £6.25M before expenses which should give them enough runway for the next 12/13 months or so when I calculated it last time considering their burn rate around £475k/month. But if it’s raised with CLN then expect selling pressure to intensify! Regardless a good CEO would certainly understand and address these issues before the can get even bigger. Unfortunately because of the constant BB bashing and his own arrogance, I personally fail to see how Draper is going to handle it.
