they have shafted their private investors big time. 50% down because they missed their guidance and said they have to raise money when they could have easily raise more at a much higher price when they raised last time and thus forcing the SP to go down significantly when it was already down like 40%. It is clear that they just helped themselves, their friends to load up low. It shows their lack of loyalty to their retail base. The SP might recover slowly if they start providing and new investors would buy back but that also means some LTH will sell out as soon as they reach their breakeven IMO which is a shame!

don't get carried away with these numbers! They said it before yet raise more money, again.

From experience, it's probably wise to keep some powder dry if you are a bit worried, GFIN TU for example. Bidstack has made good progress todate so hopefully nearing it's profitability.

Sorry, I'm just disgusted with this management. They did a classic style fund raise destroying their private investor base, not sure how many will top up here again.

Surely it will be wise to sell now and buy back below 1.25p once the forward selling starts, right? Unless it has already started

if you ever see any pre revenue company signing for any "Convertible Loan Notes" or CLN, just cut your losses and run miles away from them. I bought MXC around 4.20p first and sold just over 5p only to see it go over 9p but that was because of super AIM ramping fuelled by rampy RNSs from MXC. Since then they always tried to focus on positives and ignored the negatives. There is something wrong with Zomer, he was a DJ, got into Cannabis business and now making all sorts of weird claims and trying to line up this tiny company with the likes of pFizer, Moderna doesn't make any sense!

I can see TW and other shorters are now after MXC so expect this company to get shorted to oblivion, sad news for the shareholders. You just live and learn.

£250K aggregate buying is nothing compare to what investors historically lost in this company. All the countless fund raise and share consolidations happened here, a decent £10,000/- investment from LGO/CERP days probably now worth £1?!? (just a guess as I lost the count). It's a not a good/happy read for any CEG investors. So many good investors invested and lost a fortune here, in4cedros, bamps21 are two names I still remember. Whereas people who traded/shorted this stock made good money, rossannan and layladylay comes to my mind (you won guys, we lost, I lost).

With you due respect, a part of the blame falls on yourself for believing him. Lots of investors/traders warned on this BB repeatedly about this company, then the company stated it's intension for a fund raise. You should have sold out at that point and buy back now and could possibly(!) recover some your losses with future ramping but you were scared of clicking that sell button and now paid the price. I know the pain you are experiencing and no words could ever describe it but learn from it, never ever invest in a tin pot company like LGO>CERP>BPC>CEG and now move on.

I wish you all the best and hope one day you will get a chance to recover your losses.

BIDS had roughly around 430M shares (can't remember the exact amount) and the SP rose around 14p and crashed after the result. So this £10M fund raise (33% discounted) in July last year added another 500M shares and SP rose over 5p recently so it's probably going through the same cycle as before. Twitter/BB are extremely hot at the moment so trade wisely guys.

Well, the board did participate in the stockinformer acquisition fund raise at 4p, don’t forget

it won't go up until the constant seller is finished selling which is a shame!

Like I said, I’m not an accountant and it was my rough estimate, not perfect! I understand raising funds in this market is very hard and they had to give 33% discount to raise the money which is eye watering! Provided they can make a success out of it, I personally don’t see any problem with that. The bit that I didn’t like was when they said it’s partly for keeping the lights on (working capital). On top of that the CFO did a runner in Sept after raising £27M! All I know the loyal shareholders paid the price and now seeing a bit of light at the end of the tunnel and I’m happy for them. You were a shareholder once so I’m sure you know the joy it brings to the investors seeing their investments going up.

I'm no accountant mate and probably used corporation tax rate, thanks to Dr. Google! Regardless £10.2M/£491k will give them 20.77 months runway minus 6 months means 14.77 months runway left provided their burn rates haven't gone up.

You are welcome! Just rely only on your own research, don't fall for any ramp/deramp, read the results repeatedly, follow meaningful company updates, avoid rampy presentations, buy low and sell high and earn a fortune that you deserve!

Nobody is trying to mislead anybody. You just arrange the numbers and get your own rough calculations and see where it might go, just don't get trapped and blindsided by posters who claim ridiculous gains this year, that's all. Regardless I wish the holders the very best. They have gone through lots of pains, not to mention the constant negatives posted by helx the idiot!

from 2nd Sept 2021 RNS on 2021 June Interim result, it says:
"· Period end cash balance of £695k (30 June 2020: £5.9m);"

so from June 2020-June 2021, they have burned £5.9M/12 = £491K per month roughly which is a lot for a company like Bidstack. They raised £10M before expenses in July 2021 so after tax say roughly £8.1M after tax (considering 19% charge) which will give them £8.1M/£491k = 16.49 months so considering 6 months already gone, they have another 10.49 months of runway left after Dec 21 provided their burn rate hasn't increased further IMO.

I think it all now depends on what they report next. If it surprises the market with it's financials, SP will go up but if it disappoints then we all know how fast it drops. Regardless it's hard to fight any speculation which is all over the place now. lol
