Unfortunately, i don't think that is the case.
YORKSHIRE SEEDCORN FUND was a division of Finance Yorkshire, (later Enterprise Ventures who were acquired by MERCIA)
It looks like all that has happened is they have reduced their original holding from 24,437,410 (9.37%) to 23,437,410 which is just below the 9% mark. Because any holding above 5% is reportable, at 15 increments, they have now dropped to a point where a report was required.

Personally don't think there is any issue with the subject of China's dealings.
The antigen & reagents are currently being manufactured for us by Fairjourney Bio, and China will pay for the use of them in the development of the tests in their country. The development of this, which will be funded by our new partners in this agreement (when it is contractually agreed)
So, yet another income stream for us.
As well as this, we will receive royalties resulting from any sales on future goods and services to China.
Yet another income stream.
China has the worlds biggest problem with lung cancer, and getting our product in there will be a massive coup.
Allan Syms has previously held high level dialogue with the Chinese Minister for Health with his previous dealings with China, so all good in my opinion.
I previously posted (06/09/21) about news i expected regarding antigen/reagent manufacture, companion diagnostic agreements, and further back (09/05/21) about Allan's dealings with China, and my suspicion that we would be entering into an agreement with China.
Well so far, everything seems to be going to plan.
All we need now is news on CE/FDA approval process.
P.S. LB - magnificent work on our other mutual share. Don't post on there because of the bickering, but your input is very highly appreciated.

Do not take anything i say as advice.
However, you may find a look back at my previous posts (they go back a long way) a help in seeing the progress and direction of CIZ
My own holding is increasing significantly.
Expect more news shortly,
but do your own research. i am just an investor.
Neil
Wideglide,
You are concentrating on one aspect of this company - the lung cancer.
Couple of things i would like to mention:
Galleri cannot detect 50 cancers in one go. Seperate tests will need to be conducted, and targeted to the particular type of cancer. As an example, there could be 50 cancers, but each one may have 15 types.
Again i would highlight, Galleri is aimed at a specific group of high risk individuals, within the age group of 50 -77 years old.
Our test is aimed at everyone., and at a much earlier stage.
The other point i would like to make is that we aren't a one trick pony. We now have the companion drug with SGS with a revenue of 1million
We are looking at other drugs which SGS has asked us to be involved in a closer relationship with them, backed by Astra Zeneca.
We are looking at drugs in the future that are treating auto-immunity disease.
We are going to be a multi diagnostic company before long.
As always, do not use my opinions/research as your basis for investment, but do your own due diligence.
I have made no secret that i believe in this company. They are advancing at a rapid pace.
To that effect, i will advise that i have upped my holding yet again this morning.
Neil
We have discussed this test previously.
Not as effective as our test.
Not as early as our test.
Only detects larger molecules in the DNA which means the cancer is already at a more advanced stage than our test.
Primarily used as a screening.
Primarily used for those already at a heightened risk.
Primarily used in over 50 age group.
Our test is much better.
Wait for the next news on trials.
Neil
Cymru229,
I did wince a little when i noted last night you mentioned that you were looking to top up this morning.
However, this is great news, but not the big one yet, so there will still be an opportunity in my opinion.
There is more to come.
As always, only my own opinion.

Finally! the trade of 200,000 was my buy.
It has taken 2 full days to fill.
The original order was for 400,000, but didn't fill. So i offered more than the ask.
Still it didn't get filled.
Eventually had to drop the amount to 200,000, and its taken all day to complete.
Looks like there is a shortage of shares up for grabs.
Neil
Jace, i believe you are correct re the manipulation.
Does anyone really think that trades of £15k warrants a drop of nearly 3% of the company's value? At that rate, then the market would value the entire company at just £495k. Note the spread of 22% Clearly designed to put the day traders off.
If you really want to see this in action, look no further than the share i previously mentioned would be good to get into. (eua) Continuous negative posts, dropping share price for ages, then the news comes. Up 140% on 5 days so far.
RE lack of news?
The issuing of RNS's costs the company money. Personally i would much prefer the BOD to spend that money on getting our product development advanced.
However, i do expect that we will shortly have news on the status of the development of the antibodies, and reagents we require for the ELISA test. Followed possibly by news that the successful manufacture of these protein complexes are to be licensed for use on other biosector's platforms.
News should then follow on regarding the test being produced in numbers sufficient to support a retrospective clinical study with patient samples.
By the end of the year, if not before, i fully expect that we will be in a position to submit at least an application for CE approval, and probably FDA too.
I further expect news later on the development of the companion diagnostic. This may or may not include further news on a further opportunity available to us by the re-purposing of currently shelved, but phase 2 approved drugs by other companies. (by re-purposing, i mean the different use of a drug, from it's intended manufacture. For example, Viagra was originally developed to treat Angina/high blood pressure).
Plenty of news to come, but as i said previously, this is a longer term investment, not a quick flip.
Neil
They are starting to get a bit agitated now.
Expect more shenanigans over the next 11 days.
Aldi's could be getting a run on bog roll as it gets nearer the 11th!
Just added another 500,000 to my holding Mr Haywood

re the question of suspending the vote.In My Opinion...... NO. Absolutely not.Forest Nominees, nominated by G.P. (JERSEY) Limited, made the requisition request, not a "shareholders group" Therefore, this attempt to ammend the resolution proposed would be invalid. The fact that they made this requisition request 22 day after the first requisition without any reference to any concerns they had regarding the running of the company shows this to be a vexacious and / or frivolous request. Which is already noted by the board of Block Energy. Forest Nominees were then given the opportunity to withdraw the requisition, but chose not to. It is my opinion that they were stunned by the kicking they received in the last vote, and the level of support shown by US, the little man, to Block's Board. They are now in a no win situation, and are desperate to try and to save face by this back door attempt to get their resolution through. Hence the "we will pay" farce. Sorry, but when the next vote goes through, you will get what you deserve. And i am still buying to make sure i get as many votes against you as possible. Neil
Dear Mr Haywood
2 weeks ago, i backed you with my holding of just under 1% of this company
Again, for the upcoming vote, i am backing you with my holding which has increased to just over 1%
When you show this shower of s**t the door, kindly kick their ar**s straight through it.
Yours

Not a very nice comment.
Not that i am required to advise you,but the sell of 200,000 shares was me.
I have a large bill to pay on Monday, so i sold a few of my holding. Since my average was in the region of 2.625p, even at this low price, i m still very much in profit, as are the remainder of my holding.
No need for rudeness when you don't know the seller or their reason.

Rooblertwo's post on 22/07/2021 @ 08:45 (which has since been removed)
"Shame pre RTO investorsare still around 50% down haha"
Sold out and gloating over other people being down.
That tells you all you need to know about him.
Still hasn't replied as to whether he honoured his bet with me to donate to charity. Come on Roobler, i didn't lose the bet, but still donated £5,000.00
Have you donated your £250.00 yet?
