Basically a preferential equity - that sits between debt and equity .
Its cheaper than equity, and does not dilute, and they take no benefit of shareprice increase
It comes with a coupon at fairly low 4.25% which provides a tax shield.
It is used to refinance some debt and this instrument is not included in covenants.
Damn good deal given these characteristics in todays cashflow constrained market.

I agree - 2 mins of life i wont get back, to read velo thinks a retrace to 7p based on charts which he could have said in one line not an essay. Each to their own - you can trade like that, i cant too busy with work to do that which is not trading shares full time.
Trends of the current markets may in fact suggest a retrace as people move money to the next to make quick buck, but then come back, BUT here we have the confirmation news to come of us paying the peanuts to get this monster. I say monster, why, dont look at the charts, look at the geology of what is in the ground here that is not far from GGP and this area WSBN have is being raved about by the techie aussies on the ground that do the 2d 3d scans and ground investigations - sometimes it not what you know from your graphs and charts, but its what those on the ground know....

To be honest, the key is to ride the lenigas curve and get ahead and out based on your strategy. the lenigas hype helps pump a share, it does means you have to take account of this in your strategy and target prices - it may mean considering more closely your strategy - the leni effect can provide better value for shorter term holds / profit taking

I was in lgo, learnt a lot in hindsight, led me to a path of top slicing when came to ukog which worked well. Ive not decided yet with this one but the leni factor will influence my strategy.
But in my view with the mcap here is small, the potential to multi bag on good news that I'm confident of there will be a flurry of over next week and months based on the data by far out weighs the risks of a leni playing games factor for me at this point.

Never thought of the charts like that, they are self fulfilling really - the more people follow it and apply it the more likely it will happen - one that mms use fhen for their advantage to catch us PIs out unexpectedly by changing the trend!

I don't normally post. But fundamentals of nex are solid. There are few ways to invest- look at charts, look at whats happening in the world , what the herd are doing and the fundamentals (and how business is derisked). Each has its time, today its fundamentals that make this business a banker.

At a huge loss which is material to me - invested £14k in here got £2.5k back. Have left 417 shares in at a value of about £25 - just to create an admin burden. AIM and me are over - the dreams are over

With you and oct off making me consider to start looking to divest and simply repay the mortgage down. The aim has become a black hole.

The problem is its too easy to get on AIM nowadays - companies are using it as an easy way to try to raise capital by good marketing methods - the substance/fundamentals behind the business are masked by the marketing pitch. Companies should be building up their business through strategic investors / II and then IPO to move to the next level. From what i have seen advisor's will more than happily go get a company listed just to take a nice fee, not caring whether it is truly the right thing for the company. The inexperienced BODs are thinking its a great thing to do "look at me, my company is listed" and gives them source of income as long as they can keep marketing and selling its story. Just my view of course, (but based on experience!)
