Looks like the market doesn't like the fact the bidders have to put up interim finance.

I'm assuming they are seeing this as a massive bargaining tool for the buyer at getting this company at an even cheaper price

Of course it's anyone's guess... do you know how much as I now have no clue and I think higher than I was expecting.

Also the market didn't know, as If they did have inside info they would have been totally sure there were deals in place with a nunber of companies so there was no risk for them!!

I'm no expert but quite experienced with certain situations and reading of an RNS.

I am so amazed that the 4th October RNS raided the price, which was expected, but it didn't hold around 11p. The wording of it for me was clear there was going to be a second round with numerous interested parties.

The price they offer is now anyones guess .

Remember the market does't always get it right or are in the know.... as if they were this would not have been 6p Friday morning 1 day before this brilliant RNS

The 40 - 70 million needed was always the worry for me as why this could go for a ridiculous low price BUT as you correctly point out this is only if a new company decides to purchase. Its much more likely DFS or Dunhelm as has been quoted here.

I'd personally think a big American brand (1 we haven't even heard of perhaps) could get involved, especially at the price they can snap this up for.

With it's 1.2 million customer loyalty and how strong the dollar is at the moment plus its nearly total Internet model it would be ideal for a US based company to snap it up.
