It looks like a big sell shoots it down again.

Imagine when the RNS arrives stating how many interested parties ...we will get big buy after big buy and this will rocket

TED was waiting for a FSP bid to be confirmed and it was pretty obvious they would get one and buyers (me being one got bored) when one buyer pulled out amd the price then drifted down to 68p it went a few weeks later for £1.10 but PIs do get bored of waiting which is a very bad habbit in stocks.

As a Mr Buffet once said

Absolutely nothing had changed from the 4th October RNS.

People who gamble on stocks like this and it is somewhat of a gamble often lose patience and take their money else where to chase another gamble.

I speak from experience.

I am definitely going no where until that RNS.

As stated the RNS of the 4th said mid October so we are primed for Monday or Tuesday now by the looks of it BUT like many of these FSPs from other companies they drop after 4.30 pm as they can upto 6.30pm and can come anytime during the day

Monet your correct as it would include figures but thet could be good for us as its so low now the marker will speculate to 10p easily I believe. The more interested parties the higher the speculation

It's dropping because of such low volume.. it will pick up going into this afternoon as we are not making up or false dreaming about this mid month RNS... it will be with us very soon.

I'd hope so.

14th tomorrow so very possible or Monday I'd assume at the latest for an update as stated in the 4th October RNS

I was being daft/-optimistic ... hence the lol at the end.

I have said since the 4th October RNS I believe 3 maybe 4 will go through to the next stage.

They have nothing to lose by keeping in the running as it's non disclosure of company name and at this price it's well worth keeping in until the second stage as it looks like there will be a bargain for someone even if this goes for 20p

Market isn't showing much excitement for a Thursday morning RNS detailing 5 Interested parties lol.

Let's hope we can shock them all

These 8.3 and 8.5 happen during a FSP.

Anyone purchasing over 1% must be declared.

If/when the FSP is stopped they will stop too.

The shorts closing are probably the best sign for an instant share price rise as we have seen

Yes they look like they want it concluded possibly by end of October.

With the way the country is looking at a very possible recession the sooner the better for the offer price I believe..

TED was offered 137.50p a share and turned it down then because the markets collapsed but the FSP continued they eventually took 110p ....

Saying that I'd take £1.10 now for Made haha

It does read very positively and sounds like we will have a number of parties going to the second stage.

When an RNS lands to confirm this (mid Octoebr as quoted in RNS) it will move the price towards 10p of not over it

These interested parties will be provided with additional information on the Group and be invited to put forward non-binding indicative proposals in the middle of October. The Board will review these proposals and expects a select number of parties will be invited to participate in a second phase to conclude as soon as practicable thereafter.

Gone to auction.. let's hope it comes out at 11p haha !!

I agree and my low estimate was 12p.

I think the first RNS will confirm how many parties we have interested and a time scale they have to submit bids and won't contain much else...which is fine to get the price moving towards the 10p area.

I think Fridsy is most likely the 15th. Bang middle of the month like they said and nice for the weekend to mull over.

It could come today at anytime though as they seem to want to get a move on with a deal.

It is a nice payment and all Dividends are very welcome as the markets are horrendous and I think will only get worse for the rest of this year unfortunately

I'm not invested here at the moment but have in the past and may again at these prices.

Your post was vert upbeat but don't you feel these predictions keep getting longer and longer of when it will finally end?

I think with the war not showing any sign of coming to a climax this could be a long long wait of it happens at all.
Only my own view and its a very different situation for many holders here I'm sure.
Some buying in at 0.50p and other in the 30p area.

I wish you all luck and any sign the war will end then this will rocket well before a sale deal is signed.
