The key part of the RNS seems to have been missed to some regard initially by many and I only bought once a poster here had pointed out the part about the 29.99%. Like you I had to re read it as it did seem to be too good to be true.

I can't see many selling now unless it hits mid 2s as we have this 29.99% target which I'm sure will be hit and upto mid December to get there

This share was moving 10% either way the past 3 weeks with 5k buys and sells.. if he needs to get to 29.99% he is going to want to do it quickly as the share price could double if he isn't carful.

Admittedly peanuts to him still but its swung about 25% since I started posting my waffle lol

They will absolutely want this to pass at the meeting obviously so I think as they only have 35% now this 29.99% will be bought.

Kevin Dorren is a director of and majority shareholder (60.65%) in, and exercises signi?cant control over Move Fresh Limited (the parent company of Diet Chef Limited, a supplier of certain services to Parsley Box) which holds 1,662,827 Ordinary Shares. Those shares are not included within Kevin Dorren’s shareholding in the table above.

Above is what I found out about Move Fresh and the 1.66 m they own equates to about 2.2% .. so another 27.7% to go lol

It's now 1.70p to buy and I can sell all 3k for 1.55p

I will hold until (hopefully) it hits 2.20p and decide then.

I will reiterate it looks like if they want 29.99% they have some serious buying to do

It's actually just less than 3k I own and the sale price is 1.45p for all 3k in one go or I can get 1.50p if I sell it at 1k a time.

I think this will spike before mid December if I'm reading the RNS correctly and we should get some TR forms too.

Let's see, it is a bit of a gamble but if this did manage to even get to 2.40p its 50% from here

They clearly want to make sure this is passed but its alot of buying to go from 2.2% to 29.99%

The RNS states the fact that he will be buying so guarantee it will happen and I expect this to hit 2.50 minimum before mid December.

They are going to purchase to a point they own 29.99%

Move Fresh only have 1.6 million shares which is about 2.2% of the Company.

If he intends to buy shares upto 29.9% ( I believe he will as the RNS wouldn't state it if that wasn't really the case) then that is alot of buying to be happening between now and mid December.

For that reason alone I've had a few grand at 1.60p as I do expext at least 1 spike between now and the vote for delisting.

They need over 75% to pass and so there will be alot of buying into December as they only hold 35% now.

Could get interesting.

At a share price of 1.60p maybe the drop will only be 20% but could near the 1p mark.

The previous RNS read exactly as I said... it was always their intention to delist

It's a nice bounce and maybe he knows something BUT look at Joules and the car dealer business man who put in 10 million and he met all the board, and was happy with prospects blah blah and them they pull the rug and go to admin.

This won't obviously go to admin but that previous RNS IMO was very much going down the route of delisting.

They could have changed their mind though and as i said all along if they do this will spike brilliantly.

A) lose a fortune when purchasing at 20 pound plus.

B) never actually had any money apart from the dole , so you couldn't afford to even buy 1 share as your ***s and special brew came first.
