The vote is the 15th and you obviously want to be rid of these a day or probably a few days before the vote ...as if its passed this price is going to plummet to lower than 1p as no one wants these after delisting as to trade them after is very difficult.

Get the facts right at least before you jump all over a share with ramping comments no one wants to hear.

I'd not be here now in this one apart from its so low and with news like Friday there is chance to 100% .

There is limited risk as you won't lose it all as we know a time scale but always some risk incase they decide to suspend early I guess.

I know mate its not very often you have a conversation like that discussing the fact a share could spike then it does.

I got out at 2.70p then bought back at just over 3p bu lt only the profit I made back in.

I think it will spike again mondsy to maybe 4.30s then I've a feeling that will be the end of it

I'm hoping for no RNS to be honest Monday as I feel the unknown is best for the SP as non us really understand that RNS as it seemed mad to tell us he was still planning to buy.

Monday will be my last day to trade it I think. If it drops first thing to maybe 2.40p I'll put another 3k in

Do yourself a favour and read my posting history. I bought this at 9am at 1.60p then had some good discussions with a couple here about the RNS and the fact that ot reads like he needs to buy 27% to make 29.99% etc etc

I bought in at 18.85 and although clearly that was a bit early I'd expect this back into the 20s before too much longer.

Some patience and a positive RNS is all that's needed.

I can maybe see it dropping a little more but as I've already banked 4k today I can live with that.

He still needs this 29.99% and as posted below they only own about 2.2% of it.

The worry is that many of these buys were his today and we will get TR1s to state that and once he has his 29.99% this will drop quite considerably

If it hits 3.20/3.30 I am going to put my 4k profit back in as i think this will not just be a 1 day wonder.

My concern though is that they may send out another clarifying RNS that explains he now has 27% of the 29.99% of what he needs for example and this will absolutely plummet

Not very often I make 4k in 1 day but as stated 3 hours ago that RNS just seemed too good to be true and it seems to be the case.

I sold at 4.18p having sold originally at 2.50p then buying back at 2.70p when i thought it was going to blow again.

I still think this could have legs next week and if it drops back to 3.30p region I'll buy again.

The news from the RNS hasn't changed and it still reads like he needs 29.99% they only own 2.2% as I posted before.
I am still very confused why they had to let the market know he was planning on purchasing upto 29.99% as he had to let us know but this is normally after the event with a TR form.

Let's see if this drops back to the 3.30p region... I feel sorry for the many who got in too late and paid 4.80/90p
But with rises like this there will be a sell off, then usually bounces back a day later so Monday could be good again AND he still needs all these shares so the price could continue to rise into next week

Slow and steady is the best here.

This isn't a pump and dump scenario though as we know why it's rising so all need to hold here and not sell out on the cheap.

As I said I expected the delist RNS .

I didn't expect the 29.99% bonus for shareholders.

I wish I had bought more than 3k now but I am happy with today so far

What we also need is some good clear clarification on how we can sell shares after the company goes private (if and when the motion is passed)

If its set up in a way that is simple and more importantly guaranteed then the SP will be boosted yet further.

They only hold about 2.2% now.
