I think this is a unique situation here where the board for some reason gave us the heads up that Dorren was going to buy.

Not for the life of me can I work out why they did that.

If he hasn't purchased already then maybe he will just sit and hope it drops lower BUT that's very risky and expensive lol if this keeps doing 50% days and he really does intend to buy at some point.

Can anyone with a little more experience tell me can a company purchase here and not release a TR1 for any reason or is that illegal??

There will always be some ridiculous rampers and some OTT derampers and both miss the key facts deliberately from an RNS.

I am invested and glad I am but I am a realist and this is still a gamble and the next RNS will be key.

As stated I absolutely agree.. the problem is if he doesn't accumulate then it's going to drop like a stone the other way.

I genuinely believe he isn't going to sit around and not purchase until this hits 8p then start... it would make absolutely no sense.

We don't lose our shares but if the delist vote wins then this will crash on the 15th to 1p area and we all know that to be fair.

But that's 3 weeks away and hopefully they are still purchasing.

The issue I have is if he is purchasing we need a TR1 at 3% they already held 2.2% before Friday.
If he wasn't purchasing Friday at 1.60p and today at 3.10 p then is he actually going to bother!!I

Plus I wonder personally if there buying just to get this 29.99% to secure the vote or is there another reason for it.

I've said since the RNS arrived it was very strange they told us he was still purchasing.. OK he had to release a TR1 after he holds 3% but still seems strange to pre warn.

My worry is they won't actually purchase any... they already held about 2.2% with the 1.6 million shares so surely if they had started purchasing they would be on 3% now.

I'd like to see a TR1 to show that they are actually buying and accumulating towards 29.99% other wise they will have decided not to purchase which the RNS did state.

If no TR1 today I think we will struggle to keep climbing

This is looking like a car crash here.

They need bitcoin to rise not only for people to see some money back in their accounts but also for the company to literally keep going (see last RNS).

With bitcoin showing no sign of rising and everyone quite aware an RNS of administration could drop anytime and even day traders not being able to make cash from this I can't see how it will survive.
