Dear Investors, the Company is going to act legally with a group of detractors, which also published a fake website, also evaluating the appointment of forensic professionals to find the identity of these manipulators, clearly worried about the strong growth of #SYME

My understanding is he's more or less placed at bet that the share price will get to that price by end of 2020.
If the share price doesn't then he loses his £1.1 million.
If it reaches that price he gets his shares at 0.69p.
This is why people are confident that the price will rise as he's backing his own company.
That's my understanding happy to be corrected on the detail
This is the problem as I see it, news promised end of September then promised end of October.
Still two days to go though.
This builds people's expectations, so when no news comes its creates fear.
Better to say nothing then when it comes its a bonus. Been frustrating watching this slowly decline over the last two months,.
All the hallmarks seem to be there. So hopefully our patience will be rewarded.
I remember him, he luckily bought in a small amount then it dropped in price and I think he added some more. Haven't seen him about for a while but today's price was about his entry point. Hope he held, can be daunting at times as a new investor.

Do you think they will come though, AZ has stated they will and that's where i think part of the problem is. Expectations are high that they will come.
Delays can happen, negotiations can drag on.
If this were to occur people will start to question their investment which could drag the share price.
On paper it all sounds good, he needs to deliver on his promises and he's put pressure on himself by being so prescriptive with the dates he's given.
On reading the RNS the last paragraph must be delivered now. People want meat on the bones and confirmation of what is happening. He's laid it out by saying the coming days.
Question is how many days, 1,2,3 . I hope for his sake it doesn't take longer.
The Directors of SYME expect to announce more detailed updates on its inventory funding and client company origination partnerships across all regions via the Regulatory News Service of The London Stock Exchange in the coming days.
Magmanus,
Thanks, thought this might be the case. I'm pretty sure most companies would not want people knowing their financial affairs. Be interesting to know whose using it though. Could be some house hold names in the mix.
Gunfish,
This makes sense, I asked last night and I still don't get it.
If MMs are dropping the price etc to fill a big order why are so many private investors allowed to buy.
Wouldn't the shares be going to fill the big order.
This is the bit I don't get
this one statement sums up why the share price has dropped last couple of days.
Institutional equity agreements
These agreements anticipate both broker to broker transfers and open market transactions as recent trading has proved.
RNS talks a lot about what is happening but there still won't be anything concrete till end of September. I thought originally the target was the start of September.
Still a good update but I'm not expecting too much today, this is a long game.
Weathergerk,
I get the theory behind the order filling.
What I don't get is why if big orders are been filled for big players why can ordinary investors like ourselves top up. Surely these shares would be getting kept to the side for the big orders.
Is it that different MMs are trying to achieve different things.
Any thoughts would be much welcomed.
Apunter2, so the investment is going on getting the due diligence done quicker or giving them the ability to carry out more due diligence as they've got more clients to carry it out on.
What I'm sure we'd all like to see is the accounts showing the numbers. This would really accelerate the share price.
