Is this not similar to the position of Premier oil shareholders? Whereby as a result of reverse takeover by a large company, the new company will have 90% ,and existing shareholders own 10%. Crucially , because the value of the company rises massively the share price remains the same and obviously the number of shares held by original stakeholders.

Godders99 , my intention was to indicate a possible size of any award. I can't remember the value of RKH when things went down the pan. Also how much debt has been racked up due to interest payments. Hopefully in RKH case award should be £250m to £350m. Merry Christmas all.
