I would be grateful if someone could enlighten me how a sale of MT say for £1.5 billion would be fed back to shareholders. My understanding is this does not need to be voted on by us, management can accept such an offer as it is not for the whole co pant. If we were to be paid a special dividend, say of 20p to all holders on the declaration date of said dividend, would the sp go up by said amount until the payment date is triggered? Any other thoughts would be appreciated, need to do some tax planning as a dividend is treated very differently (treated as income?)to just a sale of shares (capital gains?)

Buy now, as 3p will be a distant memory. I the likelihood of a special and huge dividend, the more shares you hold the bigger you’re reward. So buy at these prices before they are gone is my honest advice. I’m looking to top up on Friday, when I have more funds. I’m here for the end game so chilled out . GLA and DYOR

Looks like we will be breaking 3p next week, it will be a gone in a flash, topping up under 3p will be a bargain imho.
