Also on bonus shares (below) what is the point in giving holders bonus shares when you can’t sell them on? Can someone more intelligent enlighten me?

Therefore, it is proposed that the Company capitalises the amount of €14,734,000 standing to the credit of the Merger Reserve of the Company by applying that sum in paying up special bonus shares. The bonus shares will be issued to Shareholders on the basis of one bonus share for every Ordinary Share held on a specific record date (which the Company will announce by RNS in due course). Shareholders are also being asked to approve the cancellation of the bonus shares issued pursuant to Resolution 15 (Capitalisation of the merger reserve and cancellation of bonus shares) with the sum arising on the cancellation being credited to the Company’s retained earnings reserve. The bonus shares will not be admitted to trading on AIM, or on any other market or stock exchange

Significant holder - I am still bouyed by the potential here but doubts are creeping in. In January I messaged them about the website issue and the grim shed. This was the response:

It shouldn't take 4 months to change a picture. It should only take seconds. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth when a company says they are doing something, and then just ignores it to be honest.

Also have reservations on giving exclusive distribution rights in the UK to a company nobody has heard of.

the -£1,418 is the broker paying back the trade back; was likely inputted into a system incorrectly.

Hi guys - Just rereading the RNS dated 24th Feb. Does anyone have any info on Minralis Ltd? I cannot find any info online about them, or Nigel Lockwood who was quoted in the RNS. You would have thought there would be some kind of marketing to be able to hit £1m of sales in a year?

Huge demand that European gas producers are going to need to fill for the forseeable future.

The unfortunate macro conditions cannot be better for companies like Kistos to thrive.

This could be the catalyst to break the ATH, and from there it is anyone's guess how high this can go.

Looking forward to a more pensive incentive plan for the board and the upcoming financials.

I am well underwater here, like many. Reason why I have not sold is because of this statement in August RNS:

“ the Company can confirm that no member of the senior management has sent or received texts or WhatsApp messages with Lord Bethell or any other Government ministers. The mobile phones of the senior management team at Abingdon Health have not been replaced or lost and the senior management team are happy to confirm in sworn evidence that no such text or WhatsApp messages were sent or received.“

I have trust in the above statement. To lie in an RNS like that would be outrageous and their are many ways to recover deleted messages.

I actually think the GLP are trying to fight the good fight, this Tory government is a farce and I hate it with a passion (I previously always voted Tory, I won’t be next time).

I expect a significant re-rate here over the coming months.

Guys - have taken a modest holding here, swayed by the rather excellent investor presentation, especially the competitor analysis. ORR significantly undervalued against competitors, and gold price should continue to build over the mid-term.

I would like to see greater marketing from ORR to increase awareness and trading volume.

Seems like a good bunch on this message board, some have been around on here for ages. Have been in with ORR twice before. That speeding ticket lives rent free in my head!
