Well with todays deal news seemingly pushing us down through the interim support around 207, we are on our way presumably to retest the much stronger supprt around 189-192.

I think today is a somewhat kneejerk reaction, and moves might be exacerbated by thin pre-xmas markets

People very quick to jump in and say we overpaid including some name not seen before

I think I will let the dust settle and trust the judgement and forward planning of LC and Co who have obviously seen far more detail than we are privvy to

That wadge of explanatory notes would seem to be required due to it being the acquisition of a private US company. You dont often see them on 'normal' deals

Another static week which saw the vwap deficit widen very slightly to 9.2p Average daily spending jumped during the period by £25.1k but see note below re length of time remaining

Because current daily spend is so much higher than the running average, I will show both estimated days remaining

Using on an average of last 5 days current spend (£1.1m) I would estimate approx 13 day remaining

Using the average spend since inception it would be approx 21 days

Have to wait for more detailed analysis, but at least the extra shares are being issued at a (very) modest premium

I wonder if and at what point would a consolidation be considered? Dont get me wrong, Im not actually a fan, but I dont think circa 4.5bn shares in issue does us any favours.

Perhaps when we are profitable and generating cash we might look to entice the instis who cant invest in penny shares?

Aye well Im in the camp that thinks the theoretcial benefits of a small $100m buyback are more or less eradicated by a falling oil price. Its not a discussion for just before Christmas anyway as we will wont know how it would have played out in alternative scenarios

Peed off now.....a tiny company like ORCA shouldnt have to be leaving its results until the very last minute!
