Am obviously pleased to see the company has secured short to medium term funding, however I will be watching the price action very carefully

CLNs are not always good news if they end up in the hands of less than scupulous holders.....It can result in shorting by CLN holders who know their position can be covered by conversion of loan notes. Hopefully managements have taken steps that genuine inverstors have taken up the notes, rather than bucket shop scalpers

And oh yeah.....wheres the results? Was cash so tight that they couldnt be signed off without the loan note finalisation?

A shortened week which saw the vwap deficit widen to 19.2p mainly after the LLOG deal being announced. Average daily spend jumped during the period by £16.6k but this metric is probably redundant at this stage of the buyback

Because current daily spend is higher than the running average, I will use that from now on. Based on $100m = £75.5m the buyback has approx 10 trading days left to run

Totally agree on reasons 1 and 3, but the number of shares in issue wont affect mcap, just the share price

Yes, I too should offer my apologies for being overly forthright....its my personal gripe with AI at this moment in time, and nothing personal against you BP.

However, think about this.....if you had asked Mr.AI about Harbor say 2 weekd earlier, would it have come up with the purchase of a Gulf of Mexico drilling operation? Theres just too much randomness in the oil industry and with world events in general to make AI predictions reliable imho

I agree, its computer generated Alice in Wonderland nonsense masquerading as actual research. People see the letters AI these days and think its all infallible, valuable data. Perhaps in 10 years time when Skynet has become self-aware we will have other things to worry about, but currently its hypothetical garbage

Normally I would say that constant bb negativity on a share wouldnt really have an effect, however please bear in mind there are precious few places for a PI to read about or discuss Sareum, so many will be drawn here as posters or silent readers.

FWIW I thought Wartys post was a fair summary, but the constant banging on about 'lifestyle companies' and the like is only going to result in a negative undertone and encourage more small selling, which is all you need in these quiet periods to get the share moving lower. It might be true it might not, but endless repetition on here serves no useful purpose for holders

Equally I am not advocating unwanted ramping, but sometimes the hardest thing to say is nothing. We are where we are, and no end of moaning is going to change the past. Yes we could all draw up a list of recent blunders and we are probably getting close to a drink in the last chance saloon, but equally one good RNS could change everything. All we can do is judge them on what they do from now I think....if you cant do that then perhaps consider selling up and moving on, because ranting on here wont help you or anyone else

Either they were just taking advantage of yesterday, or the acceleration means they maybe trying to conclude on 31.12.25 even if the full $100m hasnt been spent (I make it around $84m to date but varying exchange rates mean that could be off)
