MMs persistently walking this down.....firstly by repeatedly closing the spread / dropping the offer, then looking for any reason to drop the bid

Thats the frustrating thing with SAR....buys/sells now roughly equal, but the price remains off.

The MM agenda is pretty clear, as it often is when they are expecting no news for a while

Anything is possible I guess, but I personally feel that the days of drifting that low are behind us - more people are aware of our projects, and will snap up the shares if they drift too much imho

Well its been a somewhat subdued reaction to $70+ oil. Shareprice seems more inclined to follow the market lower which is very frustrating

Are we possibly having to deal with some of the 30% LLOG shares that werent locked in, hitting the market?

On a more serious note, if you do have the ear of one or more HNWIs and they might be looking to exert pressure on the BoD, you would be well advised to stfu with your constant deramping.

People on here might view that as an attempt at market manipulation.

They cant buy until results are out of the way I would think. Even then Martin Ive has already put his hand in his wallet multiple times previously. PM on the other hand.....

What they cant allow is a total news vacuum in between KPIs....I dont think the market will like that. We know results will be in March and they have also said the invoice financing facility will be sorted by then. If so, it needs to be announced.

Other than that, its the age old need to hear about contract wins etc , however they urgently do need to get back some degree of sjareholder trust

Its exactly the same as with Letter One's RNS the other day. All of a sudden there are more shares in issue therefore the % holdings have to be re-declared

All they need to do is keep the mood nice and negative on here and lack of news and bored sellers will do the rest. It doesnt take much to get this to drift as we are seeing today

Its all about the next six months and whether they hit targets. If they end up with some debt (invoice financing?) then its not the end of the world, as long as they can demonstrate they have the revenue and cashflow to service it

As an aside, it would be interesting to look at historic accounts of some large tech companies to see if there was a point in time where it was all doom and gloom before revenues started rolling in

If they arent cashflow negative anymore then it will be, however trust in management statements has taken a big hit with that update.. Hence we need urgent clarification

No genuine shareholder would display such joy on a day like this, unless they didnt actually hold any or need an urgent visit to a shrink

Theyve caused a panic this morning which doesnt match to the above statement. They had $17.6m in January - we need reassurance that it is going to be sufficient

Yes a trading halt presumably due to the mini-glut of orders that just went through. Market would have been disorderly if they hadnt halted

Looks like the doom-mongers will have their day in the sun today, but at least we now know why the advance royalties deal was transacted....jeez

Management need to issue some urgent clarificaction re the cash burn. If (and at this stage its a big if), they can be trusted re current cash flow break-even, then the period end balance plus deal money may see them through. However its all a bit too vague and we are owed some explanation.... pronto
