If I were being charitable, one might expect management to be ultra-cautious about the impending (?) tox-trial in order to eliminate any outside factors that could jeopardise the result.

Anyone think its strange that a multi-billion dollar deal completes more quickly than the two tiddlers announced before it. What am I missing? lol

The article I just read suggested used an estimate of $76 for this years Brent price....at least we are more reaslistic

Seems to me someone is willing to mop up all the sales but without directly buying to risk raising the price. Probab;ly doesnt have to be reported until the order is filled. With volumes this small, the buyer could be waiting a while lol

You just answered my own question :) Been out all day and wondered why HBR was stuck in the mud with Brent heading toward $69. Looking at UK Gas, I guess the two cancel each other out.

Oh well, maybe tomorrow.....and strong crude makes the LLOG deal mouth watering....

Upon reflection, its certainly a modern financing proposal. Perhaps they are thinking of linking it to the data centre power projects as they would certainly fit in with the digital aspect and likely appeal to that type of investor?

In interesting proposal, but any royalties must be a fair way out, as ORCA currently has no income. Whilst its potential projects are top notch, revenue from them must be years away

Are ORCA looking to purchase producing assets?
