Im not a management fanboy, but how about you wait for the next KPIs and outlook before you decide isb is a messiah just because the share price has dropped.

They have delivered on their most recent stated financial target which was cash flow breakeven. Until such time as that is proven false ot they fudged the figures somehow, how about you wait for actual numbers that confirm or otherwise that we are are following the financial forecasts?

If they are to believed, the next six to nine months could transform the company. Until such time as that is shown to be bs, I want to look forward not backward and this relentless doom-mongering helps absolutely no one.

I actually believe certain people want this to fail so they can trumpet "I told you so"

I dont expect management to issue fluff piece RNSs. I expect them to deliver good KPIs, on target results and deal with the Magma loan, at least in principle, by the end of March as stated

(and yes I know it could all turn to sh*t. But if that happens, I think will be as a result of wider industry problems)

Well lets see if the relentless negativity here affects the share price. After all, Id wager not all readers of this board are posters on this board, and it wont take much PI selling to give the MMs an excuse to lower prices.

Much will depend on whether the holders have the funds/inclination to pay for the converted shares and hold them, or whether they will be selling just enough to cover the cost of conversion....ie bank a quick profit for the difference

Assuming an exit price of say 16.5p, yesterdays exercise could have netted the holder around £6150 profit if they sold the lot, or given them around 38k shares for no effective cost

Well they are beginning to deliver unless you believe PM was outright lying when he said cashflow breakeven was acheived without the benefit of the tier1 deal restructure. Undoubtedly a lot more to prove, but the next KPIs will go a long way to prove/disprove managements forecasts

FWIW I think todays poor performance is probably brought about by Tobil shining a negative light on the sector. I do agree though that a 33% drop from recent highs is disappointing given that we actually got the main news we had been waiting for

Erm thats not a given.....a CLN holder can sell shares to bank some profits, but does not have to convert their equivalent notes at the same time. Can hold the notes as 'quasi shares' with an effective 13.5p price

Without even seeing the news, when I saw HBR opening down when oil was doing well, I just knew it was them barstwards again

It stinks, but I guess they are just too big and powerful to be ever held to account over something as 'trivial' as this

Given the extreme turbulence in the early hours of Monday morning, I genuinely believe HBR has done well to hold around these levels. Brent has stemmed the bleeding short term, so perhaps another go at 235 may happen. Shame about gas prices, but overall we should still be in reasonable shape

As he probably well knows, we have almost certainly been hit by a massive dose of "sell on news". The break even target was touted for ages, so when actually acheived people move onto thinking "whats next?" It also coincided with a point in time at which there were undoubtedly profits to take for some people

KPIs are obviously the next scheduled news, but as always other things could hit the wires. How about we keep an open mind eh? After all, they did hit a pretty important milestone as scheduled

Probably with the Brent price drop they dont want any panicky PIs selling out easily in a thinly traded stock like this. In reality theres no direct link anyway as we are miles from production.

Well at the moment we have only dropped back to the levels of 28.01 and Oil is steady in low 66s

For once I agree with Foggy in that looks like a frothy top being reversed. Needs to settle in order to see if its just a short term blip or an end to the move up from 191

I have a feeling we will be okay but thats only my gut being influenced by all the corporate news to come
