Being an ace trader Utah, you know full well the answer to that question before you asked it. However.....
MMs in a reltively illiquid stock like SAR wouldnt normally take that many shares in one hit, because they might get stuck with them. Try selling over 100k or even 50k using an online platform and you will often get no quote. Even using a broker, that many shares often needs to be a worked order
For them to take all of them in one hit, at a price that isnt painful, suggests those shares already have a prospective home
