Been reading the background to Mila, and taken a modest position here. As Chartrex says, potential is significant, and although high risk, is worth it in my view. I’ll be interested to see what Liontown have been doing.

My interpretation of this is that GGP owe Newmont 100m $ to be paid from sale of gold from Havieron with the payment rate being based on the formula stated. The POG will affect the payment rate, but not the total payable ie. a higher POG will result in higher payments, and a shorter payment term.

At the risk of abuse, I believe UBS have gone to zero. The TR1 states that they hold 0.00000%. If that box had been blank, they may have still had a holding, but it has been completed. If it was a result of the dilution, they would also not have confirmed that the notification was as a result of “An acquisition or Disposal”. At the end of the day, it changes nothing for the (bright) future for GGP!
