So, as the rebalance occurs at close on the ASX on 19th, that’s 7.00am tomorrow UK time. Do we expect masses of buying on open of AIM tomorrow? Seems logical to me, as shares are fungible between ASX and AIM.

Watched Portillo last night, with an interesting section on Hitachi ElectricTrains in Newton Aycliffe. Bearing in mind the cost and construction difficulties when electrifying the lines, this is likely to be a huge market going forwards.

Interesting article Holly, but I would still be worried the huge cash-burn and the long road to commercialisation. They are forecasting a c.$250m EBITDA loss pa, which will require VERY supportive investors. I’ll stick with IKA.

S & P state that the news is released immediately after close, so will be 7.00am tomorrow. Best watching the ASX site, as GGP have been a bit slow with their AIM RNS’s since they went onto ASX.

I looked up that too! Whilst encouraging for GGP holders, both shares were flying at the time of inclusion, so inclusion may not have been the catalyst. That said, I am hopeful of a significant increase in our SP in the weeks following the announcement of our inclusion.

Droverman. Inclusion is based on set, calculable, criteria laid down by S & P, so I think your worries are unfounded.

there has been much discussion about the three month qualification, but this is not a time qualification. it is the basis for calculating the market cap. a *** packet and time weighted calculation over the 65 days we will have been on the asx by 5th september and assuming a flat sp over the next week would give us a mc of c4billion aus $, ranking us at 140 on the list. inclusion should be a formality.

A disappointing couple of days for the SP, but the MM’s will take 120,000 off me at 39p, and will only offer 39.05 for 1,000.

…and pathetic volume too.

Absolutely staggered at the ‘tranquility’ here! The SP is up 30% over the past few months. MM’s will take 8,000,000 off me above the bid price. New product launched in June (on schedule), with the platform launch imminent, in a sector growing rapidly. Yet not a single trade today, and one of the quietest BB’s I’ve come across.
