It's peculiar that both turbines have gone off together . They usually stagger the maintenance so at least there is some production ??.

I have just realised it is summer in india , probably very hot with heat warnings , this explains the start up of the dholpur plant . Probably a test run in case it is necessary to do a full start up like last summer .

PSP extension , New contract with Gail , Gail takeover running of Ramgarh power plant , field expansion gets environmental clearance , in that order ( ish). That would do me nicely .

I get the frustration, anger and bitterness , but the only info we have to go on is in the last rns , most of the comments on here are wishful thinking and projection . I choose to think that while we are still listed we are still in with a chance , it ain't over till the fat person sings so to speak . Think about the rollercoaster that is eurasia mining and what has and may still happen , and the disaster that is copl , PPP could go either way and anyone who says they know different is lying . go for a walk , enjoy the sun , have a beer or whatever is your vice , we have no power over the outcome , and that sucks !?.

As i understand it gail ltd is owned by the indian goverment , possibly the same people who sign the PSC . If they are not happy with the gas supplied , hence the arbitration, why would they sign the PSC till they are happy that the contracted amount has been supplied , just my thoughts .

I didn't mean to start a flurry of buying but at these prices it's hard to ignore ;)

It was the column headed DCPP , GT1 and GT2 , i only noticed 5hrs running time from midnight on the day i posted . Because the chart renews every 24hrs i do not know if it was running in the previous hours/day or not .

In addition , i don't recall any output at the dholpur gas plant since i came across the electricity output chart , but if the turbines are being started, even as a test, it could be in readiness for future plans . In formation is very scarce and i see a lot riding on the PSP extension , frustratingly slow .

Indirectly stew . Gail signed a MOU last year to assess the viability of forming a joint venture company with the owner of ramgargh and dholpur gas plants, to increase the efficiency and operation of both plants , ie run at full capacity for longer . I assume this will involve a more co-ordinated gas supply to both plants , gail and focus working more closely to keep the gas supplied and more planning for turbine maintenance so as not to damage our wells , reading between the lines this could have a bearing on the field expansion plans for the future , if ramgarh is to be run at a higher output it will need more gas at a steady rate .

Appears to have started for a few hours , first time i've seen it producing anything ever i think . Possibly could be something to do with the jv company for Ramgarh and Dholpur power plants coming together under gail .

Tigger , you can't even copy from the rns accurately , it says " should be on track to be completed in Q2" not " will be completed " , there is a difference .
