MTM96, it does not seem unreasonable to me for the main lender to want to recoup some or all of his money , indeed compared to some disasters i've been involved in i take some comfort in what you describe .I would be a lot more uncomfortable if the company was involved with death spiral financing like say Copl was . Given what i have read about the revised field expansion i do not feel particularly worried about the possible raise , and, given the recent reserve report of 1.9 trillion cf i feel that roughly 10p a share will be significantly improved on . Having said all of that your point is taken and incorporated into my risk viewpoint . cheers .
What it all means stew is even without an announcement or RNS we can " infer" or make reasonable guesses or assumptions about the state of play . The maintenance of the turbines infers a desire for future use . The court case infers a desire and need for gas .The paper on the revised field expansion infers future plans for expansion . Both our contracts have expired but gas remains in production and power plant is still using it . DGH shows field RJ-ON/6 as operational .All of this does not suggest to me a company which is going to the wall . cheers,NG.
Tigorio, you may be questioning yourself and your motives but i can assure you , I,m not .But one thing i can state for fact people is, if you feel like someone is trying to manipulate you , you are probably right !!???

NMH19, does not seem like an unreasonable expectation to me , hours of research and i'm yet to find something to suggest Indus will not recover and move forward with expansion .
