Stew, the turbine that was off for a short while was STG-1 , which is a steam generator , it runs off the exhaust gasses of the gas turbines which are GT- 1 etc . It makes no difference to the amount of gas used whether the steam generator is on or off .

Looks like stew is buying the drinks after the PSC gets signed ;) .

Tig, having an opinion and having a valid opinion are two entirely different things , if you behave in a contrary fashion to what you have stated then your credibility is eroded , ergo your opinions lose validity . The only reasonable position to take is admitting that we do not know what is going to happen till we go live . This is very uncomfortable for some , so we play " lets pretend" , lets pretend what we will do if this happens?, if that happens ? what about this ? or that ? or him ? or them? . Some desperately trying to influence the outlook of others in the mistaken belief that that will increase the strength of the proposed opinion . We have climbed aboard a roller coaster and are stuck on the tracks with no rescue imminent till the power is restored and we start moving again .!!. The Grateful Dead once sang , " I might be going to hell in a bucket , but at least i'm enjoying the ride " . Looking forward to going live again , enjoy the view while we wait . :)))
