Albert...
I wish I had the same levels of disposable Income back this time last year as you as I would have pumped more in...I have always believed in Argo, but only investing since the end of 2019 and early 2020.
hold a fairly meager amount at an average of 6pence..
Still kicking myself I sold 4000 shares back in September last year for just under 5p to top up in EUA...what a mistake that was!
Herdie -100% agree. Non exces are not employees in company, so will not be involved in operational aspects. Probably more oversight and support.
As long as he doesn't buy more shares in them than he owns in us.....
I am trying to remind myself of Eric's connection with Argo - was he just a fairly large shareholder whom offloaded back in Jan/Feb 20..Perhaps the offload to start up this new venture?
His name was banded around a fair bit when i first joined the forum here, but it was early days of my investment, so cant remember the specifics?.
LTH - any clues?
Very wise words rod..
I first got into ARB around 7p and watched it drop to 3 pence, so similar to the massive drop now, although for me, stakes feel higher as it was life changing monies to now being a bit blah..
What am I doing? Nothing...I have seen the ARB patterns and know it's voliatity....sit tight, do nothing and enjoy the ride.
I noted that this share is like a tortoise and hare race, and that at that point I would happy with a slow and steady increase.
However, the hare has taken over and spiked lots of investors, but as in the fable, the tortoise will always win. Let's retrace back to a decent support level, then build up the SP based on the business fundemtals in a slower, more sustainable way - let's get to the 1BN but without the hype...
I clocked it was a company in which M&A was heavily broadcast on their website...
Hope it is to help plan for a NASDAQ listing over and above a merger (or could be an acquisition of a unknown smaller miner inorder to bolster further)
All I know is PW has a masterplan and it involves turning is into a 1BN company, so let's let the team do their stuff.
I also am very optimistic about 2021
Spanner/Tyrion,Nice to see some of the old gaurd here - board has been taken over by the tampering/deraming types and the basis for decent conversation has got somewhat lost. I remember someone (wmsjames I think) say something about PW being a 'reluctant' CEO (or similar).I didn't really understand what he meant at that point, however now I have fully seen what he means. Our competitors have been bragging about their increase in capacity, at the end of 2021 where's ARB have been busy in the background securing deals and OTC listings without the 'brag'.I'm also in since the start of last year and have watched the decent from 135p to today, trigger finger all the way down, however held my nerve.. tortoise and the hair anology here...As Argo Twitter would say..it's going to be interesting year..
A while ago, a comparison of petahash against competitors was posted..does anyone have an update against that based on today's announcement?
Sorry, too many posts to scroll through to find it!
