I couldn't agree more with this statement from FishnChips earlier. 100% my belief too, and the smart play at the moment. A further RNS will do nothing for the SP at the moment, so keep under the radar..
"The BOD IMO are maintaining radio silence for good reason in these turbulent times as they are staying under the radar from sanctions etc. A £200M company isn't going to draw to much attention at the moment."
Very risky at the moment, but i do believe this is the current play.
Brilliant News story today. What we all knew was coming has happened, it appears, on schedule and within budget - so Kudos to all the Argo team!
Also have to give further Kudos to the rest of the ARGO SH whom posted on various mediums about different aspects of the company performance and their future calculations!
I don't claim/or have intimate knowledge of other mining companies, but it does seem whilst others have been in a rush to bolster EH, we have been building the infastructure over the last 12 months in order to support future increases in EH easier which imo is Smart Growth.
One thing i do consistently praise Argo for is that their claims/plans are usually kept to. No BS to hype the market. Its been that way since long before the de-rampers on here tried to bash and since Jan 2020.
Q17. Realistically, how long might it take to get a deal done?My experience suggests that it can be very different in time and at the same time what I want to highlight is that we probably shouldn’t rush into it.True to his word at least....Somebody has kindly written up the 2019 interview here for those (like me) who struggled to listen for more than 5 mins..https://a8.life/2019/10/30/eurasiagrowth/
Reading the final line..." We note that we include a limited impact of the differentiated technology that Argo is using within the facility to enhance efficiency."I take that as immersion is included in the stated YE figure, but not to its full extent as the technology is not fully tested and in use as yet. I think this reads as through this is the minimum baseline. Perry's comment on the Telegram group said "Stay Tuned Folks"...which to mean reads that more info on immersion to follow. All IMo and as always "i know nothing".Positive news otherwise tho.Onwards and Upwards.
Not looking forward to Monday morbing
If this all goes terribly wrong and I loose all my money...Its been well worth the ride!
the Rowka Saga, the conspiracy, the antics, the highs, the lows, the madness...it like being in a real life soap Opera, but better.
Never invest more than you can afford to loose.
.... I have put my past 10 years saving on CBX and I'm now looking at 90% lost....
if this is indeed true.....Please take lessons in risk management!
@ Mystery. Out of interested, did you buy on the way up or on the way down? A £1 average is a relatively small loss in the grand scheme of things in % terms, so why don't you just take it and move on - if you don't trust the company why are you on forums talking about them.
Sorry the rest of my words in my previous post have no effect - I just like to provide a alternative view to your comments.
I won't bother to address you again in the future.
Did any of you actually think investing in the Cannaboid market was going to be easy?
I certainty didn't expect a walk in the park, and am not surprised by the recent events. At some point we were going to fall foul to some form of regulation.
The regulators current don't really know what they are doing, as as a start up, we are trying to navigate the rough seas alongside them.
Hold tight but be under no illusion, this share isn't going to be an easy ride!
@Mysteryguy.
Yes - Peter Wall did sell at £2.50, I sold half my holding between £2.50 and £3. Why did I and he do that - to make money! After all, we go to work to make money, if we see money made, we withdraw said money to look after our friends and family.
Whilst Peter selling at £2.5 was potentially not the best move, iIalso fully get the reasons for doing so, the rise was unsustainable as it was so parabolic - Would i have much preferred to rise from 3p to 70p between Jan 21 and today, of course. less stress etc - however that didn't happen, and personal risk management kicks in. If you bought at £3 thinking it could go to £10 you need lessons in risk management.
We were never mislead and NASDAQ and the ADR route - it was the simplist and quickest way to get listed.
Helios still seems to be nearing completion.
The only major HS!T show was the Epic relationship - which IMO is unforgivable.
The final comment about PW and only worrying about his buddies - This comment relates to the Argo before PW took over, the intercompany transactions with Bixby and Edwards where involved were immense, and had you said this then, I would have agreed.
No one knows the actual truth or whats happening behind closed doors and will it be a massive fight to get back to £3. Most certainly.
Lovelyboy..
Thank you for taking the time to put all that together - a good reminder for the reasons many of us are still here!
A lot is happening in the background and of course, the war in the foreground is making people nervous (me included).
Its not over (either way) until the RNS tells us it is!
Sorry, i don't post much here these days so apologies if you gave covered this before.
Mysteryguy - Can you please expand upon "Lots of us including myself were duped into Argo by a fraudulent CEO who led us all down the wrong path"...
At what point has PW been a fraudulent CEO? Yes a little green behind the ears, but never fraudulent.
I do love the people who just repeat over and over there is no sale, the bod are stringing us along etc.
Until they release an RNS to this effect then its total conjecture.
Yes its a bit rubbish being a share holder at the moment.
But until we know the facts people opinions are neither here nor there.
Yawn
Indeed very interesting news - nice to see some corporate governance strengthening.
The line that caught my eye was " In addition, Janet managed Gemfields’ preparations for a London Stock Exchange Main Market listing..."
Hmmmm.
