Just a small selection of our dyslexic dynamo’s gems for this morning, as usual a combo of buy/sell/hold/core holding...Every bit as ridiculous as when he was pursued from the other site. When will he cease?

With each (bogus?) sell he announces, the paranoia he exhibits seems to now be beyond medication. Apart from the endless mirth he continues to generate in his guise as the Buffett of the internet, there is an element of pity attached.
His war cry of ‘sell, sell,sell’ sits uneasily with his ‘but not too many/ keep a core’. Who could ever accuse him of sitting on the forecasting fence?
Oh, and when the stress levels reach levels of concern, strange how Frankie so often appears for a friendly, pat-on-the-shoulder chat. Are they by any chance related? We should be told!

Well I never, nobody talks to twix anymore, so he has to resort to answering himself via Frankie. Same hymn-sheet, same dyslexia, two buttocks from the same backside. Who’d have known?
Another year, but he can’t help spouting the same bile with an arrogance nobody could match. That market crash has had more false starts than an Olympic starter pistol.

Well it has clearly been a lonesome festive period for the “average-downer-in-chief”. With the markets closed and nobody to preach to, is it any wonder that he has now adopted the legendary Buffett to perch on his shoulder and learn the wisdom of investing the twix way?
With Boots also closed, one hopes his double meds. were not ingested in a single sitting. The early signs do not look good, because if you take the default position of being the teacher to the legend that is Warren, then delusion has taken over.
Surely we are only a short step away from the great investor taking on the BOD single-handedly and implementing his own tried and tested strategy: “average down, average down.”

Can honestly say I have never been so optimistic with the Co. prospects going forward, who knows perhaps a first net-profit for the company on the near-horizon?

Mr Lyn Rees often has the persona of a pessimist. I fear this glumness is too often part reflected in his scribbling within issued RNS’s.
Did he really need to include “ with no committed spend at this moment in time” .? Or if he did, why not mention in the same breath also the potential total value?
I know it’s Christmas Mr Rees, but such grinchiness does not emphasise the positives rather than what may or may not be earned.
Who writes your scripts, a fully medicated twix perhaps?

One loses track of how many times Nostradamus has called the start of ‘the crash’ (whatever that means in his demented mind), only to see it kicked into the long grass until one day perhaps, he can tell us gleefully ‘this is it.’
In all my years of investing I have never encountered a piece of work as vindictive, arrogant and so woefully up his own proverbial as twix. It takes a special kind of ‘investor’ to hold in a single company, throughout the bad old days of vialogy, to the early days of nipt when such a sage could have sold above 30p (pre-dilution), and then to follow it all the way down the Ygen road to the present day, demonstrating with ill-disguised aggression his dyslexic talents on the keyboard repeatedly on a daily basis. One thing however, is beyond dispute: he ain’t no Rockefeller.

The canary(1902) in the room sounds remarkably like the twix. Are they by any chance related?
Either way it’s entirely predictable that the thoroughly despicable twix has resumed his tirade against this company. Ok, so he twisted and went bust here, having to sell out of Ladyboyland in haste and return to blighty, reduced to counting PCR kits at his local Boots whilst awaiting his repeat medication to be dispensed.
The moral to the story? Only invest what you can afford to lose.

This appeared in a previous Align research note. November 2021 was the marker for the 3-5years objectives.
It would be easy to wheel out covid as a disclaimer, or even not talk about the projected plan.
But, we are where we are and let’s see if the BOD can deliver a few “material increases.”

Davand, the 5-year plan stated substantial share appreciation from years 3-5 onwards. From the time of announcement this would begin from november 2021. I fully accept that the covid disclaimer, wheeled out in all walks of life, will play a part in the‘mea non culpa’ delay in positive performance.
Not to mention the summons from the II’s for a spanking re excessive dilutions.

First question to The CEO-

How relieved are you that your long-time stalker has announced his sudden and unexpected retirement from this board? Do you think he will keep to his word, or will he likely be lurking in the recesses of the dark web ready to re-launch? Oh, and any chance of getting the SP showing some significant “capital appreciation” as outlined in your Soviet style 5-year plan?

I have no idea whether twix has deviated from his personal treatment plan, but there’s something about his self-medicating that should cause concern. His rants are becoming increasingly frequent, often taking the form of a monologue whereby self-justification is the order of his day. Every day. Unfortunately.
Try as I may, I struggle to comprehend his “How to lose money and influence people” investment strategy. He really has brought a new meaning to “averaging down”. (Down, down, deeper and down@status quo).
Being with this company in its various guises for at least ten years has, I fear, taken its toll on him which may be irreversible. After all, one can only howl at the moon for so long before fellow posters nervously take notice and avoid any association or contact. I suspect the only cure would be for him to have his core holding surgically removed... before the next crash.
Only then might he show a little humility, politeness and consideration to other users on this site.

Another good news item but this really is a trickle.
Am a tad surprised by how little world-wide penetration this particular product has two years down the line from launch.
The Far East seems simply devoid of meaningful Ygen footprint. Can our well paid director chap in Taiwan please justify his existence other than be a power-point presenter at exhibitions? I’ve heard of a sleeping partner but this is stretching things a little.

The trouble with the twixalot borefest with which we have been bombarded and had to endure over the years, every possible scenario has been referred to at one stage or another. All bases have been covered, so that the sage of Ladyboyland must therefore, by definition, be on the money.
With a level of arrogance and abuse honed through the darker art of twitterati, resulting in a total absence of self-awareness.
The residue? A relentless slating of the company whilst allegedly still holding 3 million shares. Credible? Go figure.

Would like to know on what basis AR is so unmovable and assured in his present post? Isn’t this a results based business after all?

I never thought I’d say this, ColSoul, but a decent argument you put forward there. Stay away from acting as Twix’s echo-chamber and you sound more rational).
I agree confidence in the standing of this company in the market is presently dented. Not even an excess of ‘good news’ stories has been able to breathe life into the SP.
Change is now more likely to be the catalyst to turn things around positively. The chairman’s position must surely now come under the spotlight. Dapper, pleasant and with a whiff of the ole city spin about him, our present incumbent has really been conspicuous by his absence, ever since he met with TW in the pizza parlour (for those who can remember).
What should be required is a new, dynamic chair who has the specific expertise in the diagnostic and medical fields, someone who say might attend the same functions as an Owen Paterson for example (Randox, Randox and thrice Randox as Frankie Howard might have wailed in the past).
As for LR, he has a well-defined strategy (apart from the late showing to the Covid show and a penchant for the finer share options in life) and should continue for the present.
Finally, am becoming a tad worried about this US alleged tie-up with two big-hitters, delayed (and delayed) because they are supposedly not yet ready to announce. This is beginning to have a whiff of stale credibility about it, perhaps.
