Given EIS has 42 days public review then 28 days for Navitas response, and then final FIG exec approval, that takes us almost into October. IF they have FID done just waiting in the wings could be Fireworks around November 5th.

When the peace is agree after the Trump victory (with no more US dollars funding the escalating war). Then eventually commercial agreements will be made between warring nations as each has resources to lose. interestingly Russia already occupies 50% of Ukraines value in territory despite it being less than 25% of land mass. Once we are at first oil, we won’t care so much about the relative chump change for any tax liability. Rock is in the best position it’s ever been, between now and FID will represent a time for further investment opportunity.

There is nothing to say FID will not happen in 24. Navitas has made unrelenting progress and RKH has been smart with OM award. FIG is completely behind us, so I don’t see too many obstacles, if they can get the bond funding in place (sounds like they have a solid bank dealing with this, then it’s a go…pure and simple). I have never been more confident, after 30+ years invested in FI.
