Hit 1.25 yesterday, something seemed to trigger it after 2.30pm. Let's see if the same happens today and we can hit 1.30'ish...

Yes they may need to raise next week so another 5 or 6 billion shares will need churning but it seems headed in the right direction.

Really excited about this one. It really is another Greatland Gold in the making. One of these days it's going to take off and not look back, time and again it goes like that. I think once it breaks the back of 2p it'll be unstoppable.

@Jaglith it's not lifestyle company. It's a company with a multi billion dollar offtake partner with real infrastructure albeit it's in a difficult situation. A lifestyle company is where directors do nothing but pick up wages. These guys are trying to fix a plant, the dilution is far from ideal but theres clearly no better option right now.

@hasiba GR clearly had his limitations, but I don’t think there’s evidence he deliberately misled the market, the issue was more that the Stark plant simply didn’t perform as intended. The key strategic mistake looks like the EPC choice, Stark was a small in country contractor, and in trying to move quickly, the project didn’t go with the more established Chinese EPCs like Xinhai, who have far deeper experience in this type of build.

That’s where the gap likely was. GH understands that dynamic well given his background and what he achieved at Adriatic, the difference in execution capability between EPC providers is significant, and that’s now being applied in how they’re trying to move things forward.

Oh @Jaglith this completely falls apart under real scrutiny because it fundamentally misinterprets Canmax’s actual contract terms and corporate strategy. Far from orchestrating a predatory takeover when they could have pulled the plug long ago, Canmax has contractually enforced a strict 13.38% equity cap on its holding, legally preventing itself from obtaining a majority corporate stake. Furthermore, Canmax explicitly inserted a clause facilitating their own exit if a third party buyer steps in to repay PREM's debt. As a battery materials manufacturer, Canmax has no strategic desire to directly operate a mine plagued with issues.

If the plant works it's good times all around. The risks of the opposite happening are well known.

Oh @Jaglith that doesn’t really line up with the facts now does it lol. If Canmax had “written it off” and walked away, they wouldn’t still be extending and restructuring arrangements with PREM, they had the option to pull the plug quite a while ago and didn’t.

As for the rest, the market isn’t exactly validating the narrative either way there’s no clear wave of buying or selling, just a wait for an update on commissioning.

@Jaglith let me correct you, again. CANMAX a multi billion dollar company looked at the data and were comfortable. So comfortable they took a direct stake in the company at 0.40 and gave PREM the funds to build the plant.

The company also now has an LOI with Glencore.

Thats not a lifestyle company, it isn't paying big wages. It's a company working through real challenges with a real operation and actual interest from majors. Execution risks exist but lets not pretend it's not a real operation.

You are talking nonsense. AIM is inherently high risk but its a functioning market. Roach for all his faults commissioned a plant most companies never get passed kicking dirt, took the valuation of the company to a peak of £200-250m, a 6000%+ rise from a low of 0.02 to 1p. The Stark plant didn't deliver as envisaged, fixes were attempted, money was spent. It was decided it was time for GR to leave.

GH has been in position for less than a year, a difficult time for the company he's made the decision to jack the STARK flotation circuit and go with the more established Xinhai. If it works all will be forgiven and the shares will see a massive rerating, if it doesn't well the risks are known.

@Jaglith very confident. Xinhai are leagues above Stark. Of course execution risk exists until it doesn't but given that "the Xinhai flotation technology is well established and proven in comparable operations within Zimbabwe…” I think they'll get it done and hope you'll be eating humble pie ;)

@Jaglith You’re clearly carrying a lot of frustration from losses in PREM, and while that’s unfortunate, investment decisions good or bad are ultimately our own responsibility. What’s harder to understand is dedicating this much time to attacking a company that neither knows nor cares who any of us are. Markets are emotional, successful investing usually isn’t.

Your time and energy would probably be far better spent researching your next opportunity rather than staying emotionally tied to a past loss. This will probably be better for your mental health and well being.
