Going to be epic when it restarts successfully. Can't see it trading below 0.10 for long when that happens. Indigo and Deacon have cornered almost 18% that is some confidence.

Mostly buys again, sub 0.02 should be cleared by next week imv.

The placing shares are already in the market being forward sold. Anyone that wants to flip usually does so before settlement. So it should head higher.

@Hikewithcaramel i'm assuming 48,000 t/hr if the old flotation plant could be modified to act as a second plant?

The new Xinhai would have 15-20 t/hr capacity. Graham mentioned the existing old plant will sit idle and they will look into modifications with the manufacturer to see if it can be integrated.

ASK ticked up 0.159 to buy now. 0.157 is gone. Remember 18% of the float has been taken out by Indigo and Deacon.

Nice to see Indigo & Deacon take almost 20% of the float. That's high confidence at a time when the company is heading towards restarting production amid global Lithium supply going into deficit, SC6 price is up 61.56% YTD trading at $2501 today. We are trading less at less than £5m mcap currently v our £200-250m+ peak. At these prices Zulu running at 20k/t will generate in the order of $52m per annum in revenues, $36m in profit. Yes, we may get a raise or two to get there but given the imminent nature of the restart I firmly believe we are at the bottom here, if all goes well with the plant these prices will be history very very quickly.

@Jaglith let's face it selling £100k of equipment wasn't really going to touch the sides, it's not a viable funding strategy. The pain was inevitable but the upside remains intact if the plant works. At less than £5m market cap it's a slam dunk buy if you think it's going to be succesfully commissioned this quarter. Peak market cap was over £200m.

It gets a peculative buy from me. On succesfull commisioning it's becomes a strong buy.

Would be nice but GR had a lot of skin in the game and that didn't really do anything for PREM in the end, I'm more encouraged by external validation fron recent TR1's.

On succesful commissioning, i'd be looking for Glencore and the other parties mentioned by Graham to move towards binding.

Of course i know how it works. He's had to continue raising to get the company out of a storm, the share price has taken a battering. I preferred to stay sidelined until I saw commissioning firmly locked in, I think i've got a fairly good entry now. Let's see how commissioning goes and discussions underway with Glencore and other parties evolve from here. Things could look very different in a short amount of time.

Good luck positioning, take the emotion out of it. Investing doesn't care for your feelings sadly and there are no prizes for holding the longest.

@Jaglith when Graham came on board, the share price was 0.012 not 0.26. Thats a fact. The consolidation happened much later. He came at a time when the conpany was in distress, delays along the way are part and parcel of a big operation like this.

@Jaglith you are talking absolute nonsense. Grahams appointment was announced 27th June 2025. On the 11th of June 2025 the company was raising funds at 0.012, so how could the share price have been 0.26!?

"Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to the announcement on 1 April 2025 ("Announcement"), Premier has entered into a non-binding letter of interest with Glencore International Ag ("Letter") regarding the possible purchase of spodumene concentrate and repayment and/or management of the prepayment amount plus interest owed in respect of the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project ("Zulu")."

They will obviously need to negotiate. I think thats fairly obvious to anyone.
