Execution of Exclusivity Agreement for Donovan 2 Farm Out



Alien Metals Ltd ("Alien Metals" or "the Company"), a minerals exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Exclusivity Agreement in respect of the potential farm out of an interest in its Donovan 2 Copper-Gold project in Mexico.



The Exclusivity Agreement, with the mid-tier North American mining company Capstone Mining Corp. ("Capstone") (TSX: CS), provides for a 45-day period for Capstone to undertake due diligence to their satisfaction. During the due diligence period the parties intend to enter into a definitive agreement, which will provide for a staged earn-in to the Donovan 2 Project, through a combination of carried expenditure and cash payments ("Definitive Agreement"). The parties are currently finalising the commercial terms of the farm-out .



Bill Brodie Good, CEO & Technical Director of Alien Metals, commented:



"The signing of the Exclusivity Agreement is the result of many months of discussions between the parties and fits with the Company's stated strategy of unlocking value in its project portfolio.



"We have been impressed by the process undertaken to date and the commitment shown by Capstone Mining Corp. and I am looking forward to working closely with them to promptly finalise outstanding due diligence matters and move to definitive agreements as soon as possible."



The Company will provide updates on the due diligence process and the finalisation of the Definitive Agreement in due course.

Reslity is if they set the interest to zero governments dont need to put taxes up they dont creat charges On the debr, but money will become wortless as inflation will come, hence why gold and solver will rise!

Nice trust me this share jist confuses me, making good profits in all my junior mining stocks and even decided to sell 3/4 of my mosman oil stocks to top Up in alien metals and Conroy gold. But im at a 3.5 gran loss on this but happy to leave this until comes good but thats only because im up 2/3/4 fold on all my mining stocks. Oil will come back but it could be 4-6 months off with the bloody covid! But i still maintain that president is in a good position moving forward. Fingers crossed for us all

I guess unless stated that it is legally binding within it. But the fact they have updated is very positive in my view and clearly others

From what ive read its not legally binding depending how its been written but s hows a defiant intent and who wouldnt 8 mil ounces maybe more and most likely the biggest and longest gold bull run around the corner

No ive been in since 10 jan 2019 at 10p bug i have averaged down. So trust me im frustrated but i agree with what he has done. We may be no more with no one to prices our oil on a shutdown across the World again.
