If Nanoco win both PTAB and appeal and court case, what deterrents can be used to stop Samsung delaying payment? Can they be fined for delaying?

I don't see it. I use MS Edge and Kaspersky.

Basscadet, there is surely no way Nano would settle for such a small amount. The minimum payout model was significantly higher than that, and it only covered the US and without a royalty.

I get that Hawi, but they can apply for an injunction in Europe and if successful then Samsung would forfeit sales in Europe. Would that not be enough of an incentive to setlle?

I'm no expert here so please correct me if I'm missing something. If the PTAB decision goes in Nanoco's favour then Nanoco can start court proceedings in Europe and apply for an injunction. It seems to me that if the injunction were obtained then Samsung would not want to lose significant European sales whilst drawing out an appeal process. Settle up Samsung!

I'm expecting and hoping for a billion + market cap. However, I believe that Blitzed was referring to the effects of exiting a short position, and he was right to challenge it.

Correct Blitzed. I bought 190k shares yesterday. The max price after after my purchase was only 0.4p higher and there were sales for 0.6p below my price within hours of my buy. GMT need to buy about 16 times my purchase to completely exit and can probably do that unnoticed in the midst of the noise. However, it is largely dependent on volumes on the day.
