My guess for a while has been just over 80p. I suspect it might overshoot and then trend down. Interesting to see a couple of 70p estimates on here.
...Just a guess based on the very conservative estimate from Edison, and a conservative view on the probability of a win at trial ... and reluctance of shareholders to sit out the appeals process.

There has been no news of Hargreaves Lansdown selling at all... So I assume that means they are still at ~13.5%. I trust their wisdom and see it as a big endorsement.

I would have thought that the more patents have been infringed, the stronger the case for intent.

If a damage uplift is applied to future sales between PTAB and conclusion of an appeal then there is an incentive to settle. Not to mention saving on the legal fees.

It would be very interesting to see the opening price on Tuesday if that did happen. What would you be willing to sell for?

It does seem that Nano is war proof and inflation proof... I think it's fair to say that when there is a large element of risk reward from a legal case, the economic effects are less material in the mix.
