The very fact that this arbitration is taking so long means inmo that the settlement figure is substantial.Not sure what our percentage of costs are if we win ,but even if we get 60 million ne that would add at least 10p to the share price so one can see if we get more what it would do

The share price has stabilised and I am sure that before too long it will rise sharply

I have been a LTH and still believe this will come good in the end.I am sure we will get a goot payout from the arbitration .Lets hope that it will come soon.Then hopefully the main project will get kickstarted.Oil will be around for some time and the price I am sure will still rise making this investment better as time goes on

This company will soon be back in the footsie either through its share price on the back of good news or if it becomes a takeover target either way although I would prefer the former the latter is very much a possibility.This share must be one of the most undervalued in the market that has a gold plated past which has a diamond future

Not trying to ramp this share but after M&S and Ted Baker this must be one of the most undervalued shares on the market which also has a very bright future.It should be able to stand alone but I am sure someone somewhere must be putting this company under the slide rule as at a price like this it is a steal,my only worry is that we will not get the best price for it

On the back of the ASOS results this share should be soaring it has all the advantages that ASOS is missing.Many branches,quick turn round of returns and standard fits etc.The profits will rise from now whereas ASOS will not.

This share should not be down today on the contrary it should be soaring on the back of ASOS results which were as expected as their business model is filled with problems.As the economy opens up the high level of returns will build and the time it takes to put back into stock is too long together with the high costs of double shipping.Ted has shops a wholesale business all elements in its favour

It does not surprise me that this has fallen so much today as these internet firms are subject to high costs and returns.It just shows how cheap shares are currently Marks and Spencers ,Ted Baker and Card and would expect these shares to soar on the back of ASOS decline

Slightly better today but a long way to go .My concern is that when a takeover bid comes and at this level of share price it is likely to come sooner than later we might not get it full value

Still cannot understand why this is not soaring today.Brokers keep raising their targets more shares being bought each day than are sold and we are ending the week down against last weeks closing price.Maybe something will happen in the last hour of trade.I am sure something will happen soon as this company is a sitting duck to be taken over.However due to the way they present themselves although profits are on the up we might not get the true value when they are taken over.

This is a complete mystery to me.Most probably one of the most undervalued shares in the market.Every day more people are buying them than selling and still the price goes down.Todays steep fall is very odd indeed when everyone knows in four weeks they will announce fantastic results for the half year

Cannot understand the drop today as the RNS was not bad.We just have to wait a little longer for the news of the production from the new well.One can see from the buying today that many investors think the share is a bargain buying seven times more than those selling

Good set of results but the management in its statement are too downbeat.I wonder whether they will give themselves more options at this low price.Debt going down and although some was given by the government it would have come from another pot.This share is so undervalued and there is so much they can do both to increase turnover and profits this is a win win share

Looking at the RNS this morning,I think that is good news that they have not postponed it so they must be confident that they will have something to announce.I think that the share price will rise until then and only fall if there is no news.By the date of the meeting the arbitration award would be two months late.I think everything regarding resolutions should be put on hold until after this date

Interesting today with the amount of sells and the price going only one way up.I am sure something must be in the offing.If there were to be an offer this share would take off and most probably hit £3
