Very positive RNS this morning the EL I am sure is on its way as otherwise they would have to have said there is a further delay.The market reaction today is only the start of a very significant rise on its way

This will open strongly on Monday as it is only a matter of time till someone tries to take them over.The business is profitable and if they concentrate on their lfl's they will be rewarded

This should open strongly this week as it is only a matter of time till someone bids for this company

This could jump in the morning with Superdry, Marks ,Sainsbury and Morrisons as all could become takeover targets as they are all undervalued.Lets see

Fluker not contradictive as there are some that will be some wages that will rise but the people working from home will eventually see their wages lowered as why pay london weighting when you are based anywhere.Looking at this mornings RNS it would not surprise me if this company got taken out

This share is undervalued and will recover from here considering the potential of the brand.As soon as restrictions are relaxed fully many will head back to the office as the current situation is not working in the main and cannot last.Everthing you want to do is held back by the excuse of working from home.Salaries will also fall.

After reading the results in depth I cannot understand why the share price has gone down today.The results were as expected with an increased provision which often means that they can write it back next year.Again the jargon of the New CEO you have to understand has he wants to get brownie points on the current year and next.This must be one of the most undervalued companies on the market.As a family we shop in person and my wife sometimes shops online when there is an offer.

I made a mistake as it was not a few days but a few weeks but they should have stuck to their dates

It is odd that this has been changed twice in as many days as you would have thought they would have known exactly how long it was going to take.They have announced that all the results are the same as predicted and one does wonder whether there is something else in the offing,whether there is likely a takeover or whether it will be taken private.The business in itself has lots of potential and currently most probably is undervalued.I would expect whatever the results are on Monday for the shere price to rise significantly just like Superdry

Cannot understand why rise has stalled as this share and its prospects is most probably one of the most undervalued shares on the market at the moment.However I do believe they still have problems with some of their management as they could be so much better.Over to store closures the list is not accurate as one of the branches named closed over a year ago.

Looking through the RNS there are lots of positives which should revalue these underpriced shares and give them a firm foundation for the future.

Whether there is a RI or a takeover,there is no need for the hit to the share price of this company since the badly worded RNS the other day.Everyone was saying that this share was worth over £1 when two years ago it was worth £2.Someone is going to make a killing as if their existing share are trading similar to two years ago plus their ne stores and their online is substantially up and for the next few months they have help with business rate costs then their profits should be doing well

Andrew ukdealer.You are so wrong .The future of retailing is a mixture of both online and shops.In fact most probably Card Factory has the right mix although I do believe that they should not be expanding their retail estate too much more and concentrate on getting their lfl higher by generating more sales by customer.My wife uses their website a lot however she cannot wait to get back in store to buy the bulk of the cars she buys.Cards for many are impulse buys so getting people in store is important.I buy extra items every time I go in

Very poor release on what should have been a positive announcement.Nearly all good news.Turnover on lfl similar to two years ago when they had less shops.Also they missed some sales as when they opened their shops were not as stocked up as usual as they had not anticipated such a big bounce.When their supply chain gets it act together there is only one way this share can go and that is up.Financing a good story too as it will reduce debt and bring the payment of dividends closer

Cannot understand dip today.Although Superdry gave up some gains today but has started to climb again.Ted is so underpriced that it will soar shortly

more buys than sells again.Just topped up again at the lower price .I am sure by end of day it will be blue again

The chairman got out of the starting blocks to buy over 300000 at £1.35 as this share is a bargain with a good dividend.By the end of the week this will recover these early losses

Tried buying some this morning for my ISA none available even when I went down to 20,000.Just looked now and asking price has gone up to 8.4. This is going to shoot up more and could get to 10p earlier than I thought

Jokosjungle.You might be right about the CEO of Next as I looked at the prospectus.He only joined the board in January and it says he acquired some shares but did not give a cost.However giving his position for him to join the board of a company that is unlikely to succeed would do catastrophic harm to his reputation whis is very high indeed.Very similar to when his father became Chairman of Next in 1991 when the shares were around 7pence a share and within months they started to rise to reach a figure on Friday in under thirty years of nearly eighty pounds a share.I am sure this share although has started off badly will soon recover as the broker's buy notice says

I think you are wrong Jockosjungle.They sold all the shares at the issue price you are right that some thought it overpriced but not to the extent that the share price is currently trading.The Chief Executive of Next who is now a Director of this company bought three million shares in the offer so must have thought it was a good investment.When his father bought into Next thirty years ago the share price was seven pence and now it is just around eighty pounds.I am sure quite soon this share will be over three pounds
