I agree that it is only a matter of time till this company gets taken out.It would be the ideal partner for many companies looking for exposure in this market as everyone I have talked to rate their service very highly indeed.In the next few years after over forty years I think margins will increase as there are not many players left in the electrical market as margins have been too low

Very positive RNS and I cannot understand some of the comments.The RNS states a deadline which by that time they hope to sign.I would have thought that the shares would have gone up a lot this morning with this good news.

Every time FEVR issues any results their share price tumbles but then gets its losses back within days I do not think that this time is any different.I think margins will still be good as in all the supermarkets I visit the prices have gone up in January.Fo example Schweppes last year went up from £1.2 to £1.5 .There were normally while at £1.20 offers when you bought 2,however last year there were none until December when a bottle was reduced to £1.This was raised to £1.50 in January but Tesco has already moved it up to £1.6 last week so there is room for increases

This is one of my favourite shares to buy as it seems to have wild swings in its share price.Today's figures are very good and although margins might be harmed it is still growing fast and this will in turn feed into increased profits.So today I bought some more at around £22 and am already in profit.This share will most probably rise by up to 10% very shortly indeed

First headline today is sales down in December against November.In retail one does not compare the previous month but the previous year.Also months change as most shops were closed on boxing day this year due to being on a Sunday.Nearly all retailers who have reported have reported good xmas sales especially this one.Also sales are higher than pre pandemic.It seems there is a plot around to make everything look bad at the moment when it is good and improving

Some on this thread have been posting crazy comments comparing pre pandemic turnover.Turnover is only one part of the story.For many years in the New Year John Lewis was crowned victor of the Xmas trading period,but as I said at the time in their statement they did not talk about profits until last year.However when their final results came out for about four or five years their profits went down and their staff received less bonus each year.So turnover is not key and I look forward to seeing the final results of the year.

I think this share will soar now everyone has received their shares from the open off which arrived only this week.There is pent up demand for this share and over the next few months I expect it to at least double.I did top up earlier in the week but I do not believe in having too much of my portfolio in one share

Cannot understand this drop today as this must be one of the most undervalued shares on the market.Quite good figures and when one takes into account the lower footfall in the week leading up to Christmas due to omicron their figures are really good.More buys than sells this morning if the share price does not go up then this will be taken over

It seems that some on this thread are trying to knock the value of our shares.Talking about health and money running out even they basis gives about 18 months without doing some extra savings.In my vie things look quite rosy.I am sure we will get the OM result in the next eight weeks.Have used the same timescale as the last time the took.

Cannot understand why this share has taken such a beating in the last two days.Well run firm producing bumper profits are cautious for January so most probably will exceed their new projections .Special payment by end of January what is there not to like

Cannot believe my luck today as I have purchased twice at these low prices.I am sure that they will bounce back next week

Their stores are busy .More shares being bought than sold. Stellar Xmas sales looking at Next's report this morning.This share price is getting ready to rocket which I am sure it will when it issues the next trading statement

Had some of these last year ,but sold a portion of my holding at around £20 and had not realised they had gone down so much and bought some more on Friday and today as they will soon be back up to £20 as they seem to be hitting their targets

With all the doom and gloom I think that retailers have had quite a good Christmas and was amazed this morning that Ted did not go up in the same way so topped my holding up as In my opinion these shares will shoot up soon

In fact Saturday andyesterday was not the bank holiday,today is and most stores were open so if they had the correct rotas there would not be any additional costs,in fact their average costs would be lower as their fixed costs would be spread over more working days.I speak as a born and bred retailer who for over forty years worked on these days

One of the thing they need to get right is their opening hours especially with an expanded range.In my area their shops seem to close first especially in centres and are not maximising their ability to open longer on a Sunday especially in centres.They can open prior to the larger units and close later picking up trade

Looking at the buys and sell this should have been going up all day.The magin to me looks high and that is why the price is bouncing about so much.To me there is a lot of good news on the way in the next few weeks from the settlement of OM and the n the signing of the agreements and then this share should really take off

Surprised this has not shot up today bearing in mind the Rns.This share compared to only a few months ago is way undervalued and will most probably be subject to a takeover at too lower price.I would have thought they would have had a good Xmas trade
