Some months back boohoo financed loans at 11.75%? If like ASOS they were to refinance to a better rate, that would perhaps negate the need to sell anything. What's the likelyhood of this happening next?

Seems Mr market doesn't like the dither and rowback.on the PLT...incoherent strategy...announcing a sale would have put a rocket under the shares...but keeping is a drag on mgmt time and resources...

What does that mean from the main God of the market??

Sort of felt it would hover around where it closed yesterday as bad news priced in. However can see this trending in a range as it's been doing for some times, between £0.98p and £1.04 ... Nothing (drivers) to move this higher...Margie compression and lack of demand are weighing....there will be time to buy more at these levels around the £1 pivot.. imho

UK GDP figures better than expected ...bad news already out the last few days, today is consolidation day 👍🙏

Just read in the London City am newspaper that last year there were only 4170 housing starts for a city with a population of 9m. The rest of the country didn't fare that well either, with the lowest starts since 1946! Hence there will be one or more schemes to ramp up builds and sales ..rates will be coming down further too...

Is it falling though as Mr markets senses the dividend will be cut?? Maybe it can't judge by how much?? Tail end of this year labour will reintroduce a housing scheme for 1st time buyers for sure....this is a long term hold and forget...only one cant help getting fixated in price action!?
