Sujood, consolidation; if you own 10 shares in ujo then once consolidated you may own 1 share .....
But the value of your new 1 share will be ten times what one share was .... so your financial holding of the company is the same, whats the problem? Oh its that no shorter here can harp on about a fundraising anytime soon?!

I would love to hear that a placing of this nature will never happen again .... I mean 'the people invited to take part in the placing; telling and acting on the disclosed offer' ! We are a great company and have great interests and great management........... *just need reassuring ' as its happened twice. DB get your thinking cap on for this, we know your great at the right deals But this needs addressing please, reassuring pi's somehow?

Gkb47 understand where your coming from, IF a placing were to happen this year, BUT it appears that its not happening. It would look rather bad for ujo if it were to have an action replay of last years placing (although last years did all work out for the best!!!!)
Ujo and its assets are very good and I can not think of a better aim co.

Recently DB had been reassuring us there was no need for a fundraising as we are fully funded,
I belive if a great investment asset opportunity popped up he would consider it

JustinD yes he had to on the last rumour that turned out to be true....!.... one person (pi?) was to blame, actions were reported to being taken But we never heard anything again.
