Also on this chart I've overlaid the volume at the bottom, decreasing daily volume as we pulled back and retested is another good sign that the temporary bear moving is losing energy.

Retested twice now and bounced off nicely, notice todays test didn't go quite as deep. Subtle but if you're gonna properly read a chart this is the s*** you need to see. Doji candle formed today, demonstrates indecision in the current move down. In other words the retest is most likely complete. Next week we start the move North again ;)

Yes a very good week here and in some others too. The small cap mining /resource sector seems to be springing back into life after a protracted period of being decidedly unloved.

Totally agree Swizz re. the free float. We can never know for sure but its certainly one of the lowest I've seen. Which means when really good news drops big moves can and will happen.

Also we need to trade above the high price of 3.68p traded on the 22nd July this year.

Well we've broke and closed above the short term resistance zone. It's only just above so I'm not getting overly excited just yet but I am cautiously optimistic. A weekly close above is more significant so hopefully that pans out tomorrow.

If you really want to buy put in an order for the NMS amount at the quoted spread offer price and it will get filled. They have to honour that.

I like Zak's simple approach and generally agree with him although his trend channels can seem a bit arbitrary at times.

Nothing but a simple break and re-test. A superb entry / re-entry point. Don't always get this opportunity.

Copper price just starting to show recognition of the huge dearth of new supply.

capefear it is a monkey chart and guess what, you're the monkey! As for 'resistance out of nowhere' well as I said a couple of nights ago there is very little resistance it was just a sustained drop but it can clearly be seen that the price hung around that price point for a very long time so that to me is a natural resistance zone.

As I've said this isn't gonna happen this year. The deficit for Copper is gonna be huge over the next few years and the price of Copper is gonna go through the roof. As will Gold as the value of the dollar plummets through the printing of trillions of dollars and investors seek sanctuary from erosion of it's intrinsic value.

Companies like ours will be worth many many multiples of what they're valued at right now. Prove a copper / gold 'district' with world class grades and a lot of big companies will come sniffing around.

mannan if it gets there it would be one hell of a ride/rise but it wouldn't be until sometime next year, holding these shares for long periods is where the really serious money is made, the life changing amounts. As you may be able to see todays close still looks like we've dug into and held the resistance zone and it is a zone not just one exact price. So this tells me we have momentum and an appetite for higher prices. Also lower volume on a modest pullback today which is exactly what you want to see.

Monthly chart with current resistance right where we are now and future resistance at around 15p (the red lines) notice this is the monthly chart, you can see that price hung around 15p for around 2 years.
