I think it's clear with todays news why we've had such a deep pullback on the chart but it's also clear that they want to get this deal done and done within the next 12 days. Fully expect us to be making a new high over the next 2-3 weeks if this deal goes through and the way it's been rns'ed today that seems more likely than not.

Chart showing support a fraction below where we are now at about 2p so I expect to see a bounce imminently.

Might have seen the bottom today. Nice pin bar candle printed in the daily chart. Price dipped below the 200 DMA and then pushed strongly back up to create the pin bar. Might be a good week...

Well we did retest the horizontal breakout level down to the pip as can be seen in this weekly chart where you can see the weekly tail just touched that red line and then bounced. Let's see how the rest of this week plays out but a new high in this current trend is a definite possibility.

Levi if it wasn't for Covid we'd already have another hole drilled in Egypt and a further one before the end of the year because of Covid things had to be put on hold can you not grasp this simple fact?

Obviously this announcement is positive. We'd like the takeover and listing done and dusted but this shows that although delayed by a couple of weeks both parties definitely want this to happen. A few of the derampers along the way have said it was dead, it wouldn't happen etc. This is what you should go by not idiot posters trying to scare people with lies.

Pretty much everything got hammered down today and after a very good and sustained rise of several hundred percent a retrace was always on the cards.

Brad wrt solar it's clear to me that it's the government that are asking for this and if we want to carry favour with them and get funding from them then that's the route we have to take.

There's a very simple and obvious reason people didn't complain Trellis and that's because the company is materially undervalued compared to many of it's peers at a similar stage!

Some bullish hidden divergence showing on the daily chart so this could go higher...

I just want to address one point laboured by Trellis. Yes I was perhaps abusive in a couple of posts which I believe have been removed, I know they were originally (as were the blatant derampers posts) but I've not checked to see if they're back and couldn't care less tbh.

I doubt very much the kind of people I was swearing at have thin enough skins to be offended by a few asterisks. What I find offensive Trellis is the blatant lies that some are spreading in an obvious concerted effort to manipulate the shareprice. If you think it can have no effect you're a fool. Why do you think they have laws against shareprice manipulation? AIM is all about sentiment!

Furthermore I think what you're actually peeved about is not my use of a few asterisks but the fact that I called you out the other day for being so negative about this newly envigorated company and couldn't wait to have a pop back. I see you're back to your usual negative self today with a couple of very misleading posts where you couldn't even get the cash in hand figure correct or perhaps this wasn't a genuine mistake? I remember the circumstances surrounding you resigning from BAG, you were overly aggressive, obnoxious, rude, arrogant and full of your own self importance. You resigned before you were kicked off because the other leading members pretty much all the members of BAG for that matter found you unreasonable, demanding and difficult. So don't lecture me about manners, rudeness and swearing!

I wouldn't kick yourself too hard bob, averaging down is not a good practice to get into and eventually if you're in the wrong stock you could lose everything. Unless you're extremely certain of a turnaround and a positive outcome it's a mugs game. Much better to work on getting in at the correct price in the first place and cutting a loser at a set percentage (say 10%) no matter what.

With this company and where it's based you can't be certain of a positive outcome because of the country they're in, the politics and the unpredictable nature of extracting their resources. This is why I've never ploughed more money in here. Yes it might work on some or even many occasions but it only needs to fail once and you could lose the lot.

This is just my general thinking after many years of trading and investing . Wrt Tlou now and this rally, I don't know if this is them just being brought back up with the sector (several of my mining/resource stocks have had decent recoveries of late) or if there is something more to it. Let's hope for the latter.

As promised this is my current take on the chart. I've gone to the weekly chart this time because of where we're at currently. If you look to the left you can see why we closed exactly where we did yesterday. A little bit of previous price action / resistance from back when the company hadn't long listed, around October / November 2018. The lower red horizontal line shows how we stopped bang on this point.

I noticed that one indicator was quite high, so several possible scenarios arise. First one is we just break straight on through this little congestion zone from 4.25p and head up to previous all time highs (6p top red line), definitely possible because although one particular indicator was a bit high, I've seen higher readings and sometimes readings can actually begin to fall as the price rallies higher (bullish divergence).

The second scenario is that we pull back to the previous short term highs at about 3.7p or the actual break of the trendline at about 3.4p (small red diagonal line) and then rally back up to the previous all time high.

There's really no way of knowing which scenario will play out (charting is about probabilities not certainties) but unless you're a day trader it really doesn't matter because the outcome ultimately is the same, namely up to previous all time highs and if there is a correction / retest I'd expect it to take just a day or two.

Just to cover myself there are a couple of other scenarios, 1) that we chug along at this price point for a few weeks or 2) that we stall here completely and reverse the trend altogether. Both of these I rule as unlikely because of anticipated news flow from us and Valore and because of the very small float and proximity to possible trial mining. Momentum is with us!

How high will it go is the question that's much more fun and interesting. Well once your above all time highs you really have no point of reference on the chart. So you have to turn to something like Elliot Wave Theory (Google it) this essentially states that trends go in waves of 5, there's a lot more to it (Google it) and you can complete one full cycle of 5 and then begin another!

Now depending on whether you see the price action at around 1.8p in June as a small correction or not, we're either on wave 2 or 3 of 5. Also wave 5 is often an extended wave. So the answer to how high can we go is, I don't know but it looks to me as if we're in for what could be a mouth watering rise over the coming months.
